Cheryl Cole declares "intense" love for Tre

Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl Cole has told of her "intense" love for her backing dancer beau Tre Holloway.

The pair went public with their relationship earlier this year after quietly dating for a few months. Cole kissed the dancer on stage during a gig in Manchester - before admitting the pair were an item in her recent documentary 'Cheryl Cole: Access All Areas'.

The stunning star told The Sun: “I am experiencing a really intense situation. I look for someone with a personality, charm and connection. I love having people around who feel like family.”

She continued: “You are experiencing a really intense relationship.”

Cole also gushed about Holloway's talent.

She said: “There’s an intensity, there’s a trust, there’s a love — a genuine love. He is very experienced in what he is doing. He is a ridiculously talented character.”

Cole spent the day in London yesterday promoting her new autobiography at the Corinthia Hotel where she also gushed about her younger brother.

She said: “My little brother Gary is vital to me, he keeps it extremely real — some might say too real.

“He’ll tell me if he thinks something’s rubbish, no problem. It’s lovely to have the comfort of a bit of home. Someone who knows me from my old life. I love having him around.”

Cheryl Cole on access all areas documentary: 'I'm regretting some of it already'

Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl Cole has admitted that she's nervous ahead of tonight's (November 20) screening of her access all areas documentary because she was so honest during the filming.

'Cheryl Cole: Access All Areas' will air this evening on ITV2 at 9pm BST and in a series of Twitter posts made earlier today she explained that she's starting to regret some of the content:

"My Access All Areas behind the scenes tour documentary is on tonight 9 on Itv2 !! Who'll be watching ??? #AAA I literally had a friend of mine filming so that i would not feel like i had a 'camera crew' in my way and at times forgot myself.."

She added: "I have since regretted this decision at the number of times i cringed watching it lolololol.. Oh well.. It is def Access All Areas. Up close personal and RAW hahaha."

The programme will feature her boyfriend, dancer Tre Holloway (pictured below), and Cole can be heard discussing their relationship: "There is a presence with Tre, he gives 100 percent on that stage every single time. He doesn't know any other percentage. There is a stronger connection and a chemistry you wouldn't have with any other dancer."

“To have that relationship is rare, to be able to have it with you and share those moments is pretty special actually.”

Songstress Cheryl Cole has opened up about her attitudes towards fitness and health, and admitted that treating yourself isn't the best thing to do.

Speaking to Hello! magazine, the 'Call My Name' hitmaker explained that she gets a kick out of exercising and doesn't put junk into her body regardless of her cravings because she knows it'll make her feel bad in the long run:

"I love exercising. There is a lot of stress and pressure in my job so when I have those two hours to myself I feel I can shut the rest of the world out."

"I don't have my phone, just loud music, and it feels good when I release endorphins through exercise. I do the Tracy Anderson Method, which is dance-cardio. {She] is a dancer so she gets the whole dancer thing."

When asked about her diet, Cole added: "I don't care what anyone tells you there is no such thing as being able to eat whatever you want. I think it's really important to eat healthily and it makes such a difference to your energy."

Cheryl Cole hates backstage drama

British songstress Cheryl Cole shuns her friends and family before stepping out on stage as she doesn't want to "blub".

The Girls Aloud star was on the road for her debut headlining solo concert tour A Million Lights throughout October.

Cole - who recently reunited with Girls Aloud to celebrate their 10 year anniversary - has revealed that she'd rather be on her own before heading out in front of the crowds.

She told Fabulous magazine: “The tour’s been a brand-new experience for me, after 10 years with the girls it’s really different. But they are never off the phone. They all came to the O2 in London to support me. It was crazy! I don’t like fuss backstage – I hate drama. I don’t want to know if so-and-so is in the audience until afterwards. It just puts unnecessary pressure on me.

She added: “When I finish everyone can come backstage for a drink, but do not come anywhere near me before. And that includes the girls. It’s enough trying to perform for up to 20,000 people – giving that amount of energy is hard. If you feel emotional on top of that, it’s worse. I knew if they saw me they’d say: ‘You’re going to be amazing’ and I’d blub and then I’d be no good.

"So I was like: ‘I don’t want to see them, I don’t want to know where they are.’ But as I stepped on stage, I knew exactly where they were sitting. I could sense them.”

Cole is famed for her fabulous figure, but insists that she doesn't follow a "strict diet".

She explained: “It's too hard when you’re travelling. To think of yourself on a diet is really unhealthy, it needs to just be how you eat every day. I find fad diets crazy. It makes you so anxious. You have a chocolate, or whatever, and you feel guilty! No, that’s not for me. I’ve enough stress in my life without feeling guilty about eating chocolate.”

Cheryl Cole plans winter wedding

Cheryl Cole has joked she's marrying new man Tre Holloway this winter.

The stunning singer, who performed with Girls Aloud during last night's Children In Need concert, was married to Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole between 2006 and 2010 before his alleged infidelity caused their relationship to crumble.

Cole has since been linked to a string of men including Derek Hough and will.i.am, but it's backing dancer Holloway who has stolen her heart.

In one-off TV show All Areas, Cole - who has been dating Holloway for seven months - jokes with her beau about tying the knot.

She teased: “Did you know that we are getting married in the winter?” before Holloway added: “I didn’t know that."

The ITV show sees Cole preparing for her first ever solo tour and the British star gushes about having Holloway by her side.

She explained: "There is a stronger connection and chemistry than you would have with any other dancer. To have that relationship is rare, to be able to dance with you and share those moments is pretty special, actually.”

Cole and Girls Aloud members Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts, Nadine Coyle and Sarah Harding wowed viewers of Children In Need last night after coming together to perform for the first time in over three years.

The much-anticipated return of the five-piece saw the girls sing new tracks 'Something New' and 'Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me' from their greatest hits album Ten.

Girls Aloud admit upcoming tour will be a "challenge"

Girls Aloud believe it will be hard to make their 2013 arena tour their biggest yet - but it seems they are up for the challenge.

The British pop group reunited in October to celebrate their 10th anniversary with a greatest hits album and a 2013 UK and Ireland tour.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast, the quintet said that they are looking to make their arena run their best tour yet. Cheryl Cole said:

"We quite like the challenge, we know we've got to make it bigger. We've always gone in there full force. There doesn't feel like there's any expectations. It just feels like it's gonna be fun."

Commenting on the band's new material, which is included on their new compilation 'Ten', Kimberley Walsh said: "It feels good to have music out there again. It's nervewracking, because you're always worrying about how it's gonna be perceived and if people are gonna like it. We're excited about other songs we've got as well. We have to wait patiently for people to hear those. We know what we've got but we just hope other people like it as well."

Headlines have been filled with news of the terrifying storm that recently devastated Northeastern areas of the US.

Cole took to her Twitter page earlier today to share her thoughts on the horrifying situation in America after spending time there when Sandy hit:

"So glad to be out of NYC ! Hurricane Sandy was one of the strangest experiences of my life . We take so much for granted.. My heart and prayers go out to everyone badly affected by the storm.. So Devastating (sic)."

Cole has also been busy with a Girls Aloud reunion. The five-piece recently released new single 'Something New' and announced a 12-date UK tour.

Speaking to Glamour magazine, Cole revealed: "I'm sure I'll be arguing with every girl in the group, but there's such a comfort there with the girls. The pressure isn't on just you."

Cheryl Cole has revealed that she is open to getting married again.

The singer was married to Chelsea footballer Ashley Cole between 2006 and 2010 before his infidelity caused their relationship to crumble.

The 'Call My Name' maestro is currently dating dancer Tre Holloway and it seems like marriage could be on the cards once again, despite her previous experiences. She told Glamour:

"Could I see myself getting married again? Never say never. I always said I'd like to have a big family, because I'm from one, so I'd like four or five children."

She continued: "But I don't know realistically if that's going to happen. You can't assume things. I never thought I'd get a divorce."

The Girls Aloud star meanwhile added that she and her former husband are still "friends". She said: "There's this perception that Ashley is an arrogant p***k, but he's really not. We talk occasionally and I would say we are friends."

Cheryl Cole reveals Girls Aloud members' diets and weight criticism

Singer and former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has admitted that the diets of the Girls Aloud members have changed drastically over the years, but they still enjoy treating themselves now and again.

In a new interview with Britain's Glamour magazine, the 'Call My Name' sensation explained that when the popular group first formed they often picked up convenience foods, but will now opt for something healthier like sushi:

"Our diets have gone from one extreme to the other. It used to be Greggs pasties, now it's raw fish. One week I might have a few nights in, eating pizza and watching the X Factor now that I’m not on it."

Cole also spoke frankly about criticism and abuse she has received over her weight and stressed that it's just "bullying in the workplace", which is completely unacceptable:

"You can't call someone who's a size six fat. An average woman is a size ten to 12, so if you're calling me fat because I'm a size six, and I have never ever been bigger than an eight, you're causing women some serious issues."

"When you're on the receiving end of it, it's nothing short of bullying in the workplace."

'Call My Name' beauty Cheryl Cole has spoken out about her relationship history and stressed that she doesn't feel "unlucky in love" despite how the media have portrayed her love life over the years.

In a new interview with Glamour magazine, Cole explained that it's tough to move on after the break-up of a marriage, but she feels as though she's in a good place and can look forward to the future with her head held high:

"I'm not unlucky in love or anything else. And I'm absolutely not a victim. I'm strong, happy and settled – and I really don't give a s**t anymore."

"It takes a long time after you've been with someone as long as I was (with footballer Ashley Cole) not to feel like you're cheating on them. That may sound crazy, but it's the way I felt after him. I had completely committed myself."

Cole, who is currently dating her backing dancer Tre Holloway, added: "Dating someone who's not in the industry can be difficult but dating someone in the limelight has its own problems. Everything is intensified. If I fell in love with a binman I'd be happy but if I fell in love with some really famous man I feel like that would belong to the media."
