Katy Perry has expressed her dislike of Chief Keef's track 'Hate Bein' Sober'.

The song was released in December last year as part of the US rapper's debut album 'Finally Rich'.

It features cameos from 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa and includes lyrics such as:

"All the hoes they love smoking, and love drinking/Anti-sober, for no reason/Cause we can't spell sober/Ya know us, we smoke strong bruh/Watch me roll up/Cause I can’t spell sober."

It seems to have rankled pop songstress Katy Perry, who tweeted:

"Just heard a new song on the radio called 'I Hate Being Sober' I now have serious doubt for the world."

One witty Twitter user, however, replied to the singer: "I heard 'California Gurls' and thought the same thing."

George Michael fell out of his car at 70mph, says crash witness

A passer-by has opened up on George Michael's recent car crash.

As previously reported, the singer was taken to hospital with cuts and bruises after being involved in a collision on the M1.

Speaking to The Sun, crash witness Katherine Fox said that she could have run over the Wham! star as he lay on the road covered in blood.

She revealed that she was told passenger Michael had fallen out of his car whilst it was travelling at full speed. Fox said:

"I saw blood everywhere and a man on the ground. I thought someone had run across the road and been hit. I asked what had gone on and was told he tried to open the car door and shut it again because it wasn't shut properly and apparently fell out at 70mph.

"I was on the phone to the ambulance and said, 'You'd better come quick. This doesn't look good'. George was wearing a black and gold Adidas tracksuit that was ripped all down the arm and shoulder. He had no trainers on. I grabbed one from the second lane because cars were swerving to avoid it. His sunglasses were also in the road. I could hear the crunch as cars drove over them."

The witness added that the singer was in shock after the incident and stayed largely silent. Fox said:

"George didn't say anything, he just seemed in shock. He was sitting down against a car and in the arms of his friend. The guy holding him was quite scared. He kept saying to George, 'Are you all right mate?'. I think George was lucky he didn't die. If he'd landed in the second lane he would have been hit by a car without a doubt. He was in the middle of the M1. I could have run him over."

REM say there are no plans to reunite

REM have admitted that there is little chance of the band reuniting.

The US group split in 2011 after an illustrious career but there has been speculation that the trio might reconvene soon.

However, Bassist Mike Mills told Rolling Stone that there is no plans afoot to reunite.

The musician did say though that you can't predict the future - leaving the door ajar for a reunion in the future. Speaking of their decision to split, he said:

"There were no real factors other than deciding it was time to break up. There's no drug abuse. There's no in-fighting. There's no legal problems. It was time to break up. That's never really been done before."

Mills added: "The idea of breaking up and not reforming for a reunion tour is kind of attractive to us. I doubt you'll see us touring as REM again. On the other hand, I just played with Peter [Buck, guitarist] in New York City the other night, so fun things do happen. Absolutely nobody can predict the future. But right now, there are zero plans for an REM reunion. Absolutely zero. But the future is a strange place. We could all be hit by a meteor tomorrow, but I would consider it highly unlikely."

REM's last album meanwhile came in the form of 2011's 'Collapse Into Now'.

No Doubt cancel 2013 tour plans to work on new album

No Doubt have put touring on the backburner to focus on recording a new album.

The US group released comeback record 'Push And Shove' in September last year and they were due to play some shows this summer.

However, they confirmed in a statement that they have decided to pull all concerts and concentrate on writing and recording new material. They said:

"While we were traveling the world last year promoting 'Push And Shove', Gwen mentioned she was inspired to write new music. In December, around the time of our hometown shows, we discussed the idea of starting 2013 by getting back into the studio together. We did so in January and the new music started flowing with unexpected ease. After spending three years recording the last album, this new pace feels incredibly exciting."

They continued: "We have decided to follow our muse for the time being and focus on this new music that we don't want to stop. So, we will be postponing our tour plans briefly while we endeavor to create something special and inspired. Our goal as a band is to share this new music with you as quickly as possible - both recorded and live on tour. As always, thank you all for your kind words, incredible support and patience. We promise to keep you updated with photos and videos from the studio, so be sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram to get the latest updates. We will see you soon!"

Pop rockers No Doubt have teamed up with fashion house Fred Perry for a special collaboration that will see them sell a range of ska and reggae inspired clothing.

A statement posted on the company's official Facebook page earlier today (December 7) explained that the partnership is perfect for their style and it reflects the band's influences, as well as frontwoman Gwen Stefani's ties with the fashion industry:

"The band have worked alongside the Fred Perry design team to create a collection of classic Fred Perry styles, referencing their ska and reggae roots and celebrating Fred Perry’s unique relationship with subculture."

Gwen Stefani has admitted that it was difficult to work on No Doubt's latest album whilst trying to be a mother at the same time.

The singer has two children with husband Gavin Rossdale - six-year-old Kingston and four-year-old Zuma.

Speaking to Marie Claire, Stefani revealed that she would sometimes turn up to the recording studio to work on 2012 comeback album 'Push and Shove' after a hard day's work, only to think of her children back home. The singer said:

"I would be up all night because my second baby didn't sleep, and he had a lot of ear infections. Then I'd wake up in the morning and do my workout, which I always felt I had to do, and then meetings for my three clothing lines, and then hang out with my kids, take them to preschool – da, da, da."

She continued: "At four o'clock, I'd be like, 'All right, I'm out of here. I'm going to go to the studio and try to write a record'. I'd sit on the couch [with my band mates] and be like, 'Let's do this now, because I'm missing time with the kids. I could be having dinner with them and putting them to bed'. It was really hard."

No Doubt remove new video after offending Native Americans

No Doubt have pulled their new video from the internet after it attracted complaints from Native Americans.

The reformed group unveiled the clip for 'Looking Hot' recently, the latest cut to be taken from their new album 'Push and Shove'.

The video saw the 'Just A Girl' stars dress up as cowboys and Indians, with Gwen Stefani, who was acting as an Indian, escaping from the cowboys.

In a statement, however, No Doubt said that whilst they never intended to offend Native Americans, they decided to pull the video out of respect. They said:

"As a multi-racial band our foundation is built upon both diversity and consideration for other cultures. Our intention with our new video was never to offend, hurt or trivialise Native American people, their culture or their history."

The statement continued: "Although we consulted with Native American friends and Native American studies experts at the University of California, we realise now that we have offended people. This is of great concern to us and we are removing the video immediately. The music that inspired us when we started the band, and the community of friends, family, and fans that surrounds us was built upon respect, unity and inclusiveness. We sincerely apologise to the Native American community and anyone else offended by this video. Being hurtful to anyone is simply not who we are."

'Settle Down' superstars No Doubt have revealed that having no "game plan" for their comeback album made it a difficult project to work on.

Speaking to MTV News, frontwoman Gwen Stefani explained that the band weren't sure of the musical direction they wanted for 'Push and Shove' so spent a lot of time re-writing songs and editing the final versions as they recorded:

"I feel like we had no game plan for this record; we didn't know what kind of record we were going to make. When we first started writing, we couldn't write, and then we finally got inspired and we started writing songs but they were coming slowly, like one at a time"

"And after we wrote, like, three songs, we got so excited that we went in and recorded them, just to see where we were at. And then we kept re-recording them, until we got to a place where we felt 'This is it.' It was a lot of re-writing and a lot of re-recording; the songs just kept evolving."

Recently reunited rockers No Doubt have revealed that the space they used to hold backstage parties in has now been turned into a playroom for their collective children while on tour.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, frontwoman Gwen Stefani explained that now the band members are older their priorities have changed and they wanted to make their touring lives accessible for their kids, too:

"I can't wait to get out there and play this (record) live. Everybody has their own tour bus now and we have a travelling caravan. So when we get to the venue the nannies set up the romper room, which is the room that used to be our backstage party room, with the DJ and the bar. That's gone now and it's for the kids."

Tony Kanal added: "Things have changed since we last put a record out. We now go on tour with our families. But then we've always been a big family anyway. We've just expanded."

Earlier this week, the group confirmed details of a series of live dates that will take place later this year in November and December. When asked about the transition from being a solo artist to getting back together with No Doubt, Stefani admitted she feels more comfortable with her bandmates around her:

"It's such a vulnerable situation to put yourself in. And I never need to do that or want to do it again. I'm happy being in No Doubt. And it's nice to have a record where there's no fat on it."

"We've not pumped this up with album tracks. There aren't any songs that I would want to edit off. It has a really good balance of song types. I love it. I've listened to it a billion times. It's always on repeat."
