The singer told The Sun that he is a keen user of the man-perfumes and likes to keep his personal grooming in check.

He said that he "loves" the scents because they make his skin feel "fresh". He said:

"I love my perfumes, they make me feel fresh."

Bandmate Marvin Humes meanwhile opened up on his favourite aftershave - a nice dash of Tudor Rose, which fiancee Rochelle Williams chose for him. He said:

"She helped me pick it because it suited us. Enough said."

As previously reported, JLS recently returned to the UK largely unscathed after heading to the US for Marvin Humes' stag do.

Humes was pictured at one point handcuffed to an entertainer for the whole day as he celebrated his last weeks of non-marital freedom.

On May 1, The 'Starships' sensation announced her tour plans and said that she would take her 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' album out on the road in the U.S. in July, but was met with an onslaught of disappointed messages from fans because she was touring across a specific area and would miss out certain cities that she usually had concerts in.

Now, Minaj has revealed that she will perform in Los Angeles, Washington DC and New Orleans, and tweeted the exciting news to her Barbz earlier today (May 14):

"Very excited to announce 3 more US dates!!! LA @ Nokia (8/5), DC @ Constitution Hall  (7/21) & NO @ Lakefront Arena (7/27) tkts on sale 2mrw."

The group teamed up with Rihanna for the fantastic single and recently teased fans with hand-drawn stills from the video, but have now released an official 'backstage' clip for the full cut.

In the clip, Rihanna can be heard admitting that "the final concept now is like a movie trailer to an old kung-fu film. How awesome is that, right?"

"I get to play a bad samurai b*tch," she continued. "I get to play a cute little geisha b*tch."

The footage shows both the 'Umbrella' superstar and Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin dressed in oriental-inspired outfits while dangling from suspension wires with samurai swords. A host of male and female extras also appear in the trailer and can be seen banging drums and performing synchronised routines.

The 'Starships' hitmaker appeared as a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently and when asked where she sees herself in five years, Minaj explained that she hopes to have a child:

"Maybe I'll be having a baby. I would love to give birth on your show."

She also opened up about her fame and confessed that while it's great to be financially stable she isn't a materialistic person so likes to spend her money on treating her loved ones to gifts:

"I'm still not like a big spender ... I Love buying other people stuff, because when I buy myself something I feel like, I don't really need this. You know, 'Why am I getting it?' I just bought my best friends Range Rovers. They're really excited about that."

Yesterday (May 9), the 'Fix You' hitmakers shared a picture from the video and they have returned to social networking site Twitter this evening (May 10) to unveil more exciting images.

They provided fans with a link to a slideshow, which displays hand-drawn scenes from the highly-anticipated offering, and it includes 3 different pictures.

One is of a woman's hand with long pointed fingernails lighting a candle, the second image shows a king sat on a throne throwing what look like coins at a person stood at his feet, and the third is even more dramatic as it details 3 people laying face down with swords in their backs as fire swirls around them.

Coldplay are yet to confirm a release date for the 'Princess Of China' music video, but they recently teased a sneak preview of it at a concert in Canada and you can watch it below:

The 'Paradise' superstars are set to perform at London's Emirates Stadium on June 1 and their set will be recorded and streamed uninterrupted on Absolute Radio for what will be called the 'Coldplay Hometime Show Special'.

Absolute Radio's Geoff Lloyd will host the exciting event and it will also feature interviews with the band themselves along with coverage of backstage happenings.

The group took to their official Twitter page earlier this evening (May 9) and shared a concept sketch from the forthcoming music video for 'Princess of China', which they accompanied with the caption 'coming soon'.

The band's roadie, who regularly updates the official blog, explained that the setlist is so great the guys are struggling to find space to alter it for each show, but that's the only issue they're having on the extensive string of dates:

"The possibilities keep appearing left and right for great additions, but the set right now is so killer that it's tough to work out where to make substitutions. I'd call that a good problem to have."

He also commented on Coldplay's dynamic as a band and admitted that they're on top form:

"They're most definitely in the zone right now. They also played around with something from a long way back. It's all a sign of a band very much alive and enjoying themselves."

It was announced on Friday, May 4 that the 47-year-old star had passed away following a tough battle with cancer and Madonna told the Associated Press that the music world has lost a pioneer:

"The Beastie Boys were one of a kind, and so was Adam. They were all an important part of my musical history. And integral to the musical revolution that was happening at the time."

"I'm very sad to hear about Adam's passing. God bless him and his family."

Musicians and celebrities alike took to social networking site Twitter over the weekend to pay their respects and British band Coldplay even performed a cover of '(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)' as a tribute to Yauch at one of their recent concerts.

The ear condition is common in musicians and people who spend large quantities of time in loud environments and is identified by a constant ringing sound and persistent earache.

Speaking to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, Martin explained that despite trying to protect himself from further damage it appears to be irreversible:

"I've had tinnitus for about 10 years, but since I started protecting my ears it hasn't got any worse... The band use moulded filter plugs, or in-ear monitors. You can use industrial headphones but they look strange at a party."

"Looking after your ears is unfortunately something you don't think about until there's a problem. I wish I'd thought about it earlier."

Coldplay are due to perform a series of headlining concerts in the UK in June in support of their latest album, 'Mylo Xyloto'.

The Canadian sensation spent time in England last week and a popular perfume store confirmed that in the days surrounding his visit, sales of 'Someday' rose by an incredible 500%.

Daniel Thompson, a spokesperson for The Fragrance Shop, explained that no one could have predicted the impact Bieber's presence in the UK would have on the popularity of the scent:

"'Someday' has been in our top 10 best selling celebrity fragrances for some weeks but we never envisaged the effect that Justin Bieber arriving in the UK would have on sales."

"Our stores up and down the country have reported packs of Beliebers snapping up the fragrances in a bid to get noticed and have their bottles signed by the star."

It's thought that the sudden increase in sales of 'Someday' might have been driven by Bieber's remark on its "irresistible" smell, which in turn could have influenced fans to buy it in hope of being noticed by the hitmaker.
