Jennifer Lopez's collaborator Pitbull has revealed that working with her has taught him some really important skills and attitudes that have helped him in his own life and career.

The pair, who worked together on the smash hit single 'On The Floor', are good friends and during an interview with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show today (May 21), the rapper explained that he admires her work ethic and approach to challenges so adopted some of her ways as his own:

"(I) learn a lot from her every time I get the chance, I just watch how she moves. How diligent she is, militant at times, but very professional and a hard worker."

JLo and Pitbull reunited recently to record a song called 'Live It Up', which will act as her new single, and the track's music video has finally been released.

Mally, the capuchin monkey that once belonged to teen sensation Justin Bieber, will be adopted by Germany because the superstar failed to collect him after he was seized by customs on March 28.

They 'Boyfriend' hitmaker didn't have the required paperwork, which was for vaccination and import, for the monkey when he was in the country so it will now remain in the custody of Munich officials as he missed the deadline of May 17 to claim him.

Customs spokesman Thomas Meister explained that because Bieber didn't return to pick up Mally when he was supposed to, the adorable pet's ownership will now be transferred by customs authority to the German state on Tuesday (May 21).

Bieber will have six week to contest the decision. Meanwhile, he took to his official Twitter page earlier today and told his fans that he's currently hard at workd: "focused. #musicjournals."

Katie Waissel pens emotional song about marriage breakdown: 'I felt tricked, conned and stupid'

Former 'X Factor' finalist Katie Waissel has opened up about the breakdown of her marriage to male model Brad Alphonso, which ended in divorce after just 2 months, and revealed that the only way to cope with it was to write a song about it.

The 27-year-old beauty penned a track entitled 'I'm Fine' and has now released it onto the Internet for her fans to check out and told the Mail Online that it was a cathartic experience: "I wrote this song because I quite simply didn't know how to express myself in any other way. It was the easiest way to get my emotions out at what has become an absolutely heartbreaking time."

"What is amazing is that this has been a total release for me emotionally. This is how a song should be written. I quite simply went to see my manager Mark and my old engineer James at the Sanctum and ended up at a piano with a microphone where it all came out."

Waissel also gave an exclusive interview to Now magazine, in which she confessed that losing the man she loved almost broke her: "It began to sink in that we were now responsible for each other. The financial situation between us caused a lot of stress too. It was hard for him that I had more money, but paying for things didn't bother me."

"I was humiliated. I'd completely lost the man I loved. I feel tricked, conned and stupid. That's why I've been hiding away - I don't want to face it at the moment. I went through so much crap with The X Factor - it sucked the life out of me. I finally thought i had a clean slate in America. Then this happened. I keep thinking, 'What's wrong with me?'"

Beyoncé reveals tonsillitis diagnosis and quashes pregnancy rumours

'Halo' superstar Beyoncé has revealed that she was recently struck down with tonsilitis during her 'Mrs. Carter' tour, which appears to be the reason behind the cancellation of her concert in Belgium last week.

As soon as news broke that the vocal sensation had axed the date in Antwerp on May 14, rumours began to surface that suggested Beyoncé was pregnant again and E! even reported that sources had confirmed to reporters that she was expecting another baby.

However, some new behind-the-scenes clips from her tour have been shared online and one of them sees Beyoncé telling the camera that she is anxious to perform because doctors had just diagnosed her with the infection: "I'm actually quite nervous because yesterday I was diagnosed with tonsillitis. Hopefully I'll give Croatians a great concert. I'm going to fight as hard as I can, I know that God has my back."

Over the weekend, Beyoncé posted a message to her Instagram account which hit back at the speculation that's been growing in the press lately although it has since been deleted. It read: "I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

"Armed with a no-frills guitar/bass/drums set up, a bunch of spiky post-punk songs and a devil-may-care attitude in spades, Amy Smith Zoe Grisedale and Hannah Logic bash through songs like ‘Debbie’, ‘Susan’ and ‘Demons’ in a way that shows a charming scant regard for traditional concepts like timing. It’s all a little wonky and at times un-coordinated but spirit and passion always win out over boring technical ability or complexity. ‘Don’t Look At Me’ proves to be a highlight of their set, the 3 women spitting repeatedly “Don’t fucking look at me” into their mics with a playfulness lightly tinged by real vitriol." - www.thegirlsare.com/2012/06/17/review-zoetrope

One Soul Thrust Release 'Know One Knows'

It's not everyday someone as iconic as Michael Moore gets in touch to offer both praise and advice. We're talking about a guy who has worked with every major label, a guy who was the genius behind the marketing of Michael Jackson’s Thriller and Ozzy’s Bark At The Moon, and a guy who has taken 140 songs to #1. Let's not forget he is credited with co-discovering Stevie Ray Vaughn. So when Moore contacted One Soul Thrust singer and songwriter Salem Jones, it was undoubtedly obvious that the passion she and the rest of the band had invested was paying off. At the very least, they were on to something.

Their first album '1ST' which was released in June 2010 gained quite a bit of attention, and not only because they were able to enlist Deep Purple's Glenn Hughes for a guest appearance. It was a fresh take on classic rock and roll, and an elaboration on the emotionally charged originality of Heart. Unwilling to slow down and wanting to show the world they didn't need other people's big names to make their own, they planned to jump straight back into the studio for August 2010. But while they were ultimately unable to make it happen, the band pushed forward, overcoming the odds and severe stress, finally able to record in April 2011. And this work horse attitude wasn't about to abate. When filming the video for their single 'We Gotta Change' they endured sub zero temperatures while clocking in over 40 hours in just two days. To say that they were determined would be nothing short of an understatement when it comes to One Soul Thrust.

Now, with the fruits of their labours coming to life as their second full-length powerhouse 'Know One Knows', Salem, drummer Todd Pretty, guitarist Jag Mollerup and bassist Anna Portalupi are all poised to move to the next level. As Michael Moore said, their music is real, and over the course of 'Know One Knows, their honesty and their drive shines through.

Foo Fighters have expressed their guilt at picking up the Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance gong at the Grammys on Sunday (February 12).

The band won the award for their track 'White Limo' - but mainman Dave Grohl told MTV that he reckons the track isn't quite "metal" enough compared to the other nominees.

The beat off competition from the likes of Dream Theater (pictured below) and Mastodon - but they actually feel pretty bad about it. Speaking about the award, Grohl said:

"We got it! I feel so bad for the Dream Theater guys, because they actually had a metal performance, we didn't, but it's awesome. [White Limo] is kind of the coolest song we've ever written."

As previously reported, Grohl has announced plans to release a film documenting the Sound City music studio - the place where he recorded Nirvana's seminal 'Nevermind'.

The Park lies adjacent to the old Colman School, which since 2008 has housed Seattle's Northwest African American Museum. Now, a dedicated group of Seattle residents has come together to turn the dream of a park inspired by a "West Coast Seattle Boy" (the artist's own description) into reality. Named the Friends of Jimi Hendrix Park (FOJHP), the group has met for over a year, laying the groundwork for the development of a space that will draw visitors from across the globe. In keeping with the spirit of unity underlying the project as a whole, the Friends are committed to seeking community input into every aspect of the Park, from fundraising to design to programming.
