Writing on her social media account this afternoon, the TV personality admitted that she was mortified after the incident: "#DyingRightNow getting work done on my house & one of the builders just walked into my bedroom while i was half naked! my face is so red!"

Last month, the beauty gave an exclusive interview to Self magazine about her weight loss and new-found love for her body and confessed that being healthy is now her priority:

"I figured] out there is no such thing as perfection. If I had known that earlier, I wouldn't have been such a f**k up. The only thing I can be is me. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes. And my body is not perfect, either, but I love it. It will never be perfect but I do not want it to be. That's so boring!"

Anxiety psychologist Dr Becky Spelman, from the Private Therapy Clinic in London, conducted the research and it commissioned by Spotify. It shows that music can stimulate the part of the brain responsible for rationalising stress and nervousness, which in turn works with fears. Spelman explains: "Travel anxiety is caused by irrational thoughts where the threat is exaggerated and inappropriate. "

"Music that stimulates both the logical left and emotional right sides of the brain is said to stimulate the limbic system, which processes negative memories and emotions, which in turn helps people think in a more balanced, rational way suppressing anxiety."

Spotify's Angela Watts also spoke about the findings, adding: "We all have a strong personal and emotional connection to music so its power when it comes to anxiety control is no surprise. It's comforting that music can help more people enjoy their dream holiday without the fear of the journey at either end. Listening to Coldplay's 'Paradise' might actually get you there."

The pair are firm friends, and in a recent interview with HollywoodLife, Osbourne insisted that people will be impressed by the singer's "amazing" album.

Speaking to the publication, the lilac-haired star gushed: "You’ll love it.

"It’s such a departure from everything you’ve ever seen from Miley before. It takes a strong woman to step outside the boundaries and she has done it. I think you’ll like it."

Cyrus recently released 'Ashtrays & Heartbreaks' - a collaboration with Snoop Dogg - to mixed reviews.

Cyrus spoke about her newest offering in more detail recently.

She revealed: "I want this record to be different and a bunch of passion projects. Which the first thing, I wouldn't have calculated like, 'Oh the first song I want to come out is me and Snoop Dogg.

She added: "I never thought that would be [my first single]. I'd think it'd be my own single first, but I've been able to do these things where I've just been in the studio at the right time and these projects have just magically come."

The annual holiday is celebrated on the second Sunday of May in America, and Rihanna posted a touching tribute on Instagram today:

"Her attitude Rihanna, she got it from her mama!!!.... Happy Mother's Day beautiful!! What a lucky little b**ch I am to have come from you! You showed me real strength, how to be independent, how to love and be loved, not to judge people or their situations, how to forgive, how to learn from every mistake I make, how to be hospitable, how to do my makeup, cook, clean, not to lower my standards for anything or anyone! A number of other stars followed suit - using Twitter to thank their mothers for being supportive and loving.

Kelly Osbourne gushed: "To cherish, love all. realize my dreams& always appreciating my many blessings I learned all of these things from you @MrsSOsbourne #ILoveU (sic).

Rap superstar Nicki Minaj wrote: "Happy Mother's Day to every mother in the world!!! Queen is the title," while music manager Scooter Braun shared: "Happy Mother's Day to my wonderful, beautiful, kind, and amazing mother Susan Braun. Love you Mom! Proud to be your son! (sic)."

'Adrenaline Junkie' Jack was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis last summer and he attended the charity event with Sharon on Friday, May 4 where they helped raise awareness for the disease along with funds to battle it.

Speaking before the gala, Sharon thanked her peers and loved ones for their overwhelming support: "We feel totally spoilt by our friends and family and everybody has been amazing with us. At times like this you realise how lucky you are to be surrounded by so many friends."

Jack added: "If anyone is deserving it's her because she's been more out front about this than anyone. She's been so supportive - it's nice that it's a family affair."

The star is currently dating Matthew Mosshart and is very happy in her relationship.

Osbourne's brother Jack and his wife Lisa welcomed their daughter Pearl last year, and the reality TV star says she is in no hurry to add to the Osbourne clan.

She told Closer magazine: ''Mum's besotted with her first grandchild - it's taken the pressure off me. I'd love kids in the future, but I'm in no rush.''

Osbourne would love to walk down the aisle in the future, but insists she isn't rushing into anything.

She explained: ''I love being with Matthew but I'm not going to push him into proposing. These things have to happen naturally - I'm a romantic."

She added: ''Isn't that on every girl's radar? You're born, and you're like 'I want to get married.' Honestly, when it happens, it happens, and if I'm lucky enough, maybe you actually won't see me single.''

Osbourne fell ill on the set of TV show Fashion Police recently and was taken to hospital. The star later tweeted that doctors were looking into exactly why she had an unexpected seizure.

Her mother Sharon confirmed that she is doing well, tweeting yesterday: "I want to thank everyone for their concern about @MissKellyO. She's doing fine she's at Cedars and is surrounded by the best doctors & love (sic)."

She posted several entertaining messages on her social networking page much earlier today that commented on the amount of men Swift has been linked to recently, which read:

"I usually find out when Taylor Swift breaks up with someone before I even knew they were dating. That's how fast these things happen. Either Taylor Swift is bat sh*t crazy & causes every guy to dump her, or she has too high standards for these poor guys! droppin' like flies."

Following the publication of these tweets, the Daily Mail newspaper wrote an article based on them and caused her to return to Twitter in order to call them out for misinterpreting her words:

"Also, I <3 Taylor Swift I buy all her albums. There was no "attacking" going on. I was being humorous get a life daily mail writers k thnx. Obviously they have nothing better to write about. Their "news articles" are usually about celebs at the grocery store. Womp womp."

Country-pop singer Swift has been in the headlines this week following her reported split from One Direction's Harry Styles, although the information is yet to be confirmed by an official source.

The former wild child is more loved-up than ever with boyfriend Matthew Mosshart. Osbourne's outspoken mum says the pair are so serious another family wedding could be on the cards sometime soon.

She exclaimed to Heat magazine: "She's so happy she could get married tomorrow! Nothing surprises me with my daughter, she's not predictable. She's never been happier - you can always tell by her eyes. She's got really shiny eyes at the moment, so she's happy."

Osbourne's brother Jack welcomed a baby girl earlier this year, and her mum says the new family addition has made her broody.

She gushed: "Oh my God, yes. You can't help but feel broody when you see that little butterball - you just want to eat her! I think Kelly wants to end up with ten babies. One day it will definitely happen."

The reality TV star is dating Matthew Mosshart and she couldn't be happier.

After splitting from Luke Worrall in 2010 after he reportedly had an affair, Osbourne is looking to the future.

Although the star admits marriage isn't on the cards just yet, she's joked about receiving a sign at brother Jack's wedding last month.

“We are [happy]. I’ve never been happier. He’s taught me what love really is."

She added: “No [we are not getting married]! But then I did catch the bouquet at Jack’s wedding, so who knows?” she joked.

Jack married Lisa Stelly in Hawaii last month, with Kelly, mom Sharon and dad Ozzy all making their way over to the island to join in the celebrations.

Kelly - who was a bridesmaid - was emotional at the nuptials.

She explained to OK! magazine: “It was lovely. It was so nice to see my brother that happy. I literally bawled my eyes out through the whole ceremony.”

The former reality TV star was initially reported to have gone into the sea and pulled a woman to shore after witnessing her going into cardiac arrest during his honeymoon in Hawaii.  However, the 26-year-old has since taken to his Facebook page to set the record straight about his exact involvement:

"On [October 10, 2012], I was approached by a family member telling me he had just seen a woman being pulled out of the water who'd drowned. I grabbed my friend Tyler, who was a former Army operator, and went to see if we could be of assistance...

"When Tyler and I arrived on the scene, the woman was not conscious and had approximately five people assisting in an attempt to resuscitate her... Once the woman was placed on the spine board, Tyler and I assisted in lifting her onto the cart."

Osbourne, who stated that he never personally said he was the sole person in the rescue, added: "Once she was loaded, everyone who had initially helped backed off. Tyler, myself, and another woman all got onto the cart with her. 

"The cart took off towards the front of the hotel... and Tyler and I began administering chest compressions... Once we arrived, we waited for the EMT [emergency medical technician] for approximately 4 to 6 minutes. During that time, I continued to administer chest compressions. As soon as the EMTs arrived, I backed away and let them take over."

The 60-year-old, who recently admitted she would love to return to The X-Factor, told the National Radio Conference in Sydney that the Canadian heart-throb’s audience may soon outgrow him:

"For me, Justin is... I've met him, I've worked with him, I did a TV commercial with him. He's a really great little guy. But that's his problem - he's a little guy.

"His fans are growing up, they're 18, 19-year-olds now. And that means the little girls of titties and lips (sic), you know they're young women. And he still looks like that little boy! He needs some hair, or something.”

Osbourne, whose son Jack recently rescued a drowning woman, went on to add:

"I just don't think, from my gut, maybe my gut's wrong 'cos it's not 100%, but I don't think he's going to stand the test of time.

"But you know what, I don't feel sorry for him, because he's made oodles and he's a fabulously nice person and he'll go on to do something else."

The star shared a photograph with her followers on October 10 of herself enjoying the weather at a beautiful resort to celebrate her brother Jack's wedding and was shocked when someone called her an "a**hole", which prompted her to call out the shameful behaviour in a series of public tweets:

"Why cant people just say "wow that looks beautiful i hope you have a nice time" rather then calling me an a**hole i was on a family holiday. not to mention it was my brothers wedding and mum's birthday! jealousy is a disgusting quality!"

Earlier this week, she also expressed her disgust at a homophobic comment that was made by someone she knows and wrote on Twitter: "Never ever have I wanted to punch someone in the face then when my X friend called some a f*g today! #Bigot"

The TV personality reportedly got married to his partner Lisa Stelly at the weekend and the incident is rumoured to have happened on their honeymoon.

Stelly took to Twitter to express her pride at Osbourne and his friend Tyler after they came to the aid of a stricken woman.

It seems that they resuscitated the lady after she had a heart attack and taken on water. Stelly said:

"Really proud of Jack and his friend Tyler who saved a woman on the beach yesterday who'd had a heart attack and drown. They resuscitated her until the ambulance came. We just found out she's in a stable condition! Awesome!"

He has signed up to work with Fuse, which is an American music channel, because he revealed that he doesn't like the way music news is dealt with in a television format.

The star explained to TV Guide magazine: "I've been kind of disheartened by the way music is being reported in TV form, so I was really into this idea."

Osbourne recently opened up about being diagnosed with MS and admitted during an interview with The Talk that he signed a TV deal back in June but was denied the role after the company found out about his illness:

"I had just booked a job right when I got diagnosed and unfortunately the company that hire me didn't think I could actually perform the job. Out of everything, that's what ticked me off the most, because it's like, 'Don't tell me what I can and cannot do!'"
