The vocal star is currently in the throes of creating the follow-up to her 2011 debut album 'Who You Are'.

She has been out in the States to work on material as she cuts a number of new tracks to tape.

The Voice UK coach has now uploaded an image from a video of herself singing a particularly heartfelt new track - and she teased fans by suggesting she might make the whole clip public. Jessie J said:

"A still from a video of me recording the most emotional song I've ever written... I will upload it maybe…"

The singer meanwhile was confirmed last night (February 25) for this year's V Festival, which is due to take place on August 17 and 18 in England.

As previously reported, the 'Domino' star is due to shave off her hair on March 15 to raise money for Red Nose Day.

Daily Star reports that the singer has jokingly issued a plea to One Direction for one of their members to join in and help shave her head. Speaking the daunting fundraising initiative, Jessie J:

"My hairdresser and I are shaving it off at the moment and I'm excited."

Jessie J continued: "But I think we should get one of the One Direction boys to do it instead. That might be a fantasy for some people!"

However, One Direction are already doing their bit for Comic Relief - their official Red Nose Day single 'One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks)' has hit No.1 in over 60 countries worldwide.

Speaking at the BRIT Awards in London yesterday (February 20), Jessie J revealed that she is calling one of her tracks 'Strip'. Speaking to Rizzle Kicks in a plunging dress, she said:

"It's quite appropriate for how I'm feeling right now."

Jessie J's 'Domino' was nominated for the British Single gong at the BRITs but she lost out to Adele's 'Skyfall'.

The X Factor 2012 winner is in the running for the British Single gong at the star-studded ceremony in London tonight (February 20) for his track 'Impossible'.

The singer told Capital FM, however, that he is remaining somewhat grounded ahead of the awards on his chances of winning the prize.

He said: "It's an absolute honour [to be nominated]. I mean I'm flattered by that. To even be considered is great."

Arthur continued: "I'm not expecting to win it but to be in that category with people like Adele and Emeli Sandé is just crazy."

Other acts up for the highly-contested award include Jessie J, Olly Murs and Rita Ora.

The talented singer has revealed that she will play at Westonbirt Arboretum near Tetbury on July 19.

The gig will be part of the Forestry Commission's Forst Live series, which will see the likes of Paloma Faith and The Script play woodland venues.

Tickets for the event will go on general sale on Friday (February 22) at 9am UK time.

It hopes to raise awareness of Aids and defeat prejudice against those with the disease. John said in a statement:

"Now more than ever we know how to beat Aids. Thanks to incredible work by the Aids community over the past 20 years we now have affordable, quality treatment which saves lives and dramatically reduces the chances of passing on HIV. But these medicines don't work against prejudice and discrimination."

He continued: "It's time to stop treating people who are most vulnerable to HIV as outcasts. Everyone deserves the chance to protect themselves. Surely we have enough love for that."

Sir Elton John's Aids Foundation meanwhile is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2013.

The singer is currently in the process of recording the follow-up to her 2011 hit debut album 'Who You Are'.

Jessie J has now messaged her followers that she has now recorded another seven tracks. She said:

"Completed 7 songs in the last 5 days for album 2! Waaaah #album2."

The vocal star then encouraged fans to donate money towards her charity head shave for Comic Relief, which is taking place on March 15. The 'Domino' singer said:

"If everyone donates 50p we could raise 3.5 million for @rednoseday."

The singer gave birth to her first child with husband Jay-Z in January last year and the couple have kept their daughter largely out of the limelight.

However, Beyoncé has now told the NFL's Super Bowl Live program that her baby is now starting to use her voice. The singer said:

"My husband [Jay-Z] is incredible, he's so supportive. And my daughter is...I mean, when I wake up in the morning, the best thing in the world is seeing her face."

The '4' star continued: "She's starting to talk. It's just such a beautiful time in my life to have a child and every day see something new and see her learn something new."

As previously reported, Beyoncé performed at the Super Bowl event last night (January 3) in New Orleans before reuniting with Destiny's Child.

The '4' star took to the stage last night (January 3) in front of a TV audience of millions as she played the NFL event in New Orleans.

She performed a medley of her greatest hits before teaming up with Destiny's Child for a quick reunion.

It seemingly touched people across the world, with vocal star Jessie J revealing her admiration for Beyoncé via Twitter and Instagram. She tweeted:
