Writing on her social media account this afternoon, the TV personality admitted that she was mortified after the incident: "#DyingRightNow getting work done on my house & one of the builders just walked into my bedroom while i was half naked! my face is so red!"

Last month, the beauty gave an exclusive interview to Self magazine about her weight loss and new-found love for her body and confessed that being healthy is now her priority:

"I figured] out there is no such thing as perfection. If I had known that earlier, I wouldn't have been such a f**k up. The only thing I can be is me. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes. And my body is not perfect, either, but I love it. It will never be perfect but I do not want it to be. That's so boring!"

Anxiety psychologist Dr Becky Spelman, from the Private Therapy Clinic in London, conducted the research and it commissioned by Spotify. It shows that music can stimulate the part of the brain responsible for rationalising stress and nervousness, which in turn works with fears. Spelman explains: "Travel anxiety is caused by irrational thoughts where the threat is exaggerated and inappropriate. "

"Music that stimulates both the logical left and emotional right sides of the brain is said to stimulate the limbic system, which processes negative memories and emotions, which in turn helps people think in a more balanced, rational way suppressing anxiety."

Spotify's Angela Watts also spoke about the findings, adding: "We all have a strong personal and emotional connection to music so its power when it comes to anxiety control is no surprise. It's comforting that music can help more people enjoy their dream holiday without the fear of the journey at either end. Listening to Coldplay's 'Paradise' might actually get you there."

As previously reported, the singer recently revealed the track 'Dirty Laundry', which is due to come from her upcoming album 'Talk A Good Game'.

The song appears to discuss living in the shadow of Destiny's Child bandmate Beyoncé, as well as mentioning an abusive relationship.

Speaking to Billboard, Rowland admitted that it took longer than usual to cut the vocal track to tape because of an outpouring of feelings. She said:

"It was very emotional. It took me days to record. I had to get past being so upset and actually sing the song, not sob through it. I always hope that my music can inspire someone, the same way other artists inspire me. [Producer] The-Dream said, 'I want to write you a record so that people will know exactly who you are, underneath it all'."

The-Dream added: "What unfolds on TV or on the internet, it's never really that. You think it is but it's just not. When you have a stage like Kelly has, you should talk about that part of your life. I think Kelly's way deeper than that."

The singer is releasing the track 'Dirty Laundry' as the latest cut from new record 'Talk A Good Game', which is due to be unleashed on June 18.

Rowland appears to discuss Destiny's Child bandmate Beyoncé and how the '4' star has achieved more popularity than her.

The lyrics to 'Dirty Laundry' include the lines:

"When my sister was on stage killin' it like a motherf*cker/I was enraged, feelin' it like a motherf*cker/Bird in a cage/You would never know what I was dealin' with/Went our separate ways but I was happy she was killin' it/Bittersweet/She was up, I was down/No lie, I feel good for her but what do I do now?/Forget the records, off the record/I was goin' through some bullsh*t/Post-Survivor, she on fire, who wanna hear my bullsh*t?"

Rowland also appears to mention an abusive past relationship, singing: "Meanwhile this n*gga puttin' his hands on me...I was battered/He hit the window like it was me, until it shattered."

Speaking to ITV's Loose Women, Brook talked about a suggestive scene she filmed for Keith Lemon: The Film, which involved a piece of asparagus.

She claimed that she put on Tulisa's leaked sex video as it came in quite "handy" for research purposes. She said:

"I did a lot of research for that scene. Tulisa's tape came in quite handy. I've watched that a few times!"

Tulisa meanwhile has enjoyed a successful start to her solo career following the seemingly temporary demise of N-Dubz, with her debut single 'Young' performing well in the UK chart.

She did however go on record recently to stress caution over her prospects of cracking the US - preferring to make an impact on home soil first.

It's no ordinary photo however, with the pair sporting togas for the film shoot.

Stryder posted the photo on Twitter yesterday (March 18) as comedian Leigh Francis takes his alter ego Keith Lemon to cinema.

Stryder tweeted: "On set with my matey @IAMKELLYBROOK for Kieth Lemon film.... We making movies yo! ;) Flee."

Pete Andre meanwhile joined in on the action too, posting a photo of himself with Stryder whilst filming.

In an interview with Fabulous Magazine, Morrison addressed the flurry of rumours that have come up around him and several leading ladies including Cameron Diaz, Kelly Brook and even his very much married ‘Glee’ costar Gwyneth Paltrow.

"We are great friends and she's an amazing talent," he said. "Having had several girlfriends, now I definitely know what I don't want. I don't want someone in the business."

However, he also added:  "Bringing someone into this life scares me. For an ordinary person to be thrust into hanging out with me and having their picture taken all the time is a big ask.

"I used to be very closed off to even looking for someone because I know what it takes to be a good boyfriend and don't think I have the time. But right now I'm actually very open to it. I'm having such an incredible time in my life and I'd really love to share that with someone and have somebody to talk about my day with. You never know who's round the corner."

Plan B, real name Ben Drew, surprised fans this year when he dropped his straight rapping to record a soul-infused album documenting the story of an innocent man thrown in jail.

Now the singer plans to commit the story to film and plans to have Kelly Brook playing the woman who frames Strickland Banks – a part of the story documented in the hit single from the album ‘She Said’.

He said: "I'm constantly creating as it's hard to keep playing the same songs over and over. I started making this record three years ago. So now we're talking about doing a film of the album, which is something that's going to excite me and allow me to work on this project for longer than I would normally. Kelly wants to be involved so we'll see how that pans out."

Kelly Brook admits being excited by the plans, saying: "I love Plan B. I want to be a gangster's moll so I'd love to be in his film - just as long as he gives me a fur coat. He said he would!"

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2010 -- MTV announces new presenters and confirms performances by Rihanna at the 2010 MTV EMAs and Thirty Seconds to Mars at a free MTV gig at Puerta de Alcala – both live from Madrid on Sunday 7th November.

Lead singer of The Pretty Reckless and star of TV's 'Gossip Girl' Taylor Momsen will be presenting an award at Caja Magica and attending the show with her band, while British actress Kelly Brook will also make an appearance. UK rap superstar Dizzee Rascal will be presenting an award, as well as making his EMA performance debut alongside Shakira, as they perform Shakira's single 'Loca' together, for the very first time.

Johnny Knoxville will be accompanied by Bam Margera and the rest of the Jackass boys, who will be bringing their own special surprise to the show, while legendary guitarist Slash will be putting the 'rock' in rock & roll as he presents an award as part of MTV EMA 2010 – no doubt adding another dimension to the ceremony.
