The singer had previously uploaded a cover image onto her website - but that has now been confirmed as the deluxe edition of the album.

The artwork for her standard 12-track release echoes the deluxe cover, with a picture of the star in a sea of striking blues and reds.

This cover however features a full photo of the Queen of Pop, who is sporting a red dress.

Madonna has recently announced a world tour, with dates kicking off in Europe in May.

Madonna is having a huge party and everyone’s invited! The Madonna 2012 World Tour begins May 29th 2012 in Tel Aviv, Israel, it was officially announced by Live Nation Entertainment, the tour’s international promoter. 

The shows will include arenas, stadiums and special outdoor sites including the Plains of Abraham in Quebec and a return visit to South America and Australia where she has not performed in 20 years. The tour will stop in 26 European cities including London, Edinburgh, Paris, Milan and Berlin. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday February 10th and will be available from www.livenation.co.uk.

The announcement of Madonna’s 2012 World Tour follows an extraordinary week which along with Madonna’s Bridgestone Super Bowl halftime performance saw the release of Madonna’s new single, “Give Me All Your Luvin” from her highly anticipated new album MDNA on Live Nation/Interscope Records - scheduled to be released on March 26th.

The 'Paper Planes' star was caught giving the middle finger during 'Give Me All Your Luvin'' and American television bosses at NBC have been quick to apologise for the "inappropriate gesture". 

NBC spokesman Christopher McCloskey said:

"We apologise for the inappropriate gesture that aired during half time. It was a spontaneous gesture that our delay system caught late."

Despite this minor setback, M.I.A. was excited about joining the Queen of Pop onstage to showcase their collaborative new single and tweeted about her arrival at the Lucas Oil Stadium earlier that day:

"MIA in the buildin, jus [sic] walked in same time as The Giants, they in suits and black briefcases, that sh*t crayyyyyyy."

Launching her incredible show with a rendition of her iconic hit 'Vogue', the Queen of Pop brought the heat with a Roman-themed swarm of armoured backing dancers and animated panels displaying images. 

She then treated sports fans to a great version of 'Music', for which she was joined by popular electro-dance duo LMFAO, but the song was spliced with RedFoo and Sky Blu's 'Party Rock Anthem' and was inevitably accompanied by the now famous shuffle dance routine. 

Her new single, 'Give Me All Your Luvin'', followed and she was met on stage by Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., who feature on the studio version of the track, and 'Forget You' hitmaker Cee Lo Green. 

She finished off the captivating and high-octane show with a choir-led rendition of 'Like A Prayer' and as the stadium plunged into darkness a gold message saying "world peace" illuminated the space.
