Having already mixed one of the most standout albums in the series, and with his distinction in the global scene still remaining unmatched, it seem only fitting that 1605's head honcho be the first to return: blending a second round of blistering techno cuts it's 'Toolroom Knights Mixed By UMEK 2.0'.

The girl group recently revealed that veteran rapper Missy Elliott would feature on the song.

The X Factor 2011 winners unleashed the song today (March 27) to Capital FM as the track hits the airwaves.

The song follows other Little Mix singles such as 'Wings' and 'Change Your Life'.

As previously reported, Simon Cowell recently revealed on Twitter that the forthcoming video for Little Mix's new track is "sensational".

The girl group are currently on their first ever headline tour of the UK and they have been indulging in promotional appearances whilst on the jaunt.

They have revealed a new tour diary of their visit to Scotland's Glasgow, with the foursome hitting Real Radio and Radio Clyde.

The clip sees the group singing One Direction's 'Live While We're Young' in a car - before forgetting the words.

They are led by Perrie Edwards, who is currently dating their singer Zayn Malik.

The girls can also be seen singing along to Girls Aloud's 'The Promise' as they wait to go on air.

The 2011 X Factor winners have enjoyed a successful start to their career, with debut album 'DNA' well received.

However, their achievements are dwarfed by fellow X Factor alumni One Direction, who left the show in 2010 to ultimately become global stars.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Jade Thirlwall said that the female group were annoyed their single 'DNA' didn't hit No.1 - but they understand that they were up against One Direction's 'Little Things'. She said:

"Yeah, we were kind of disappointed because it sold really well. I think it was just the timing because One Direction at the time shot straight to number one with 'Little Things'. It's always hard to compete with the 1D lads. And we're chuffed to bits for them; we've always been supportive of them."

Thirlwall continued: "We were really happy with the sales but a little bit disheartened just because we worked so hard on that song. It is one of our favourites on the album and we kind of thought as well that 'Wings' was amazing and that was on the same level if not better. At the end of the day getting number one isn't always everything. It's more how you sell it over the weeks, isn't it?"

The female quartet have enjoyed a steady rise to fame since winning the X Factor in 2011, with the group currently on their first ever headline UK and Ireland tour.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Perrie Edwards - who is dating One Direction's Zayn Malik - admitted that she is unsure what to say when male fans get particularly amorous and ask for their hand in marriage. She said:

"Boys are so sweet and are always on Twitter asking us to marry them. I never know what to say."

Speaking about latest single 'Change Your Life', Leigh-Anne Pinnock added:

"We want to give the fans something positive to sing along to."

Little Mix's UK and Ireland tour meanwhile is due to conclude at Belfast's Waterfront on February 24.

Speaking to US magazine Seventeen as they bid to crack America, the X Factor 2011 winners revealed that they won't put up with any nonsense when it comes to relationships.

Jesy Nelson, who is currently dating Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo, said:

"We all have boyfriends, we're not about letting boys take advantage of girls. We wear the trousers in our relationships - none of us have ever done anything crazy for a boy."

Perrie Edwards meanwhile, who is dating One Direction hunk Zayn Malik, said that their particular relationship works because they speak to each other often. The singer said:

"We talk to each other every day either on the phone or on Skype. I think keeping each other updated on what's going on and having something to talk about is the main key. I always save my funny stories to tell him!"

The deal will see the British girl group release the track 'Wings' later this year as their first US single.

Speaking to America's Twist, Jade Thirlwall said that they believe that their debut US single will be the "perfect introduction" to their band for their new audience. She said:

"We want to show everybody what we're about and bring out our first single over here. 'Wings' is the perfect introduction to Little Mix and what we're all about, so we can't wait to show it to everybody in America!"

Little Mix were also levelled with a comparison to fellow Brits One Direction, with Thirlwall replying:

"That's a massive compliment because of how well they've been doing this past year. We'd love to follow in their footsteps and be as successful as they are."

One Direction meanwhile are also signed to Columbia in the US.

Tweeting about the last minute change of plans, the 'DNA' singers explained: "Sad news Mixers! The girls can’t do the Hangout BUT...they have a surprise instead – head to Facebook to find out! Mixers HQ x"

A post uploaded to their official Facebook page reveals the brand new artwork for their upcoming single (shown below), 'Change Your Life', and to make up for missing the live chat they announced plans to host a Twitter Q&A at 6pm BST instead.

The beauties are currently responding to fans' tweets and member Jade confessed that her favourite Christmas song is The Pogues' 'Fairytale Of New York' and she's hoping for anything Disney related underneath her tree this year: "princess jasmine or belle...i love pochahontas n esmerelda top."

The girl group have seen their lives turned upside down after winning the X Factor in 2011, with debut album 'DNA' due to be released on November 19.

Speaking to MTV, Jesy Nelson admitted that she now realises that half the stories in gossip magazines aren't true - and she just looks at the photos instead. She said:

"We just find it funny when we do see stories as half of them aren't true anyway. Don't get me wrong, it is a bit annoying when you see a story written about you in a magazine that is not true because I know before I went on X Factor, I would always read magazines and always believe everything I read."

She continued: "Now, I don’t read magazines any more. I only get them to look at the pictures – I don't read them as I know half of it isn't true. It just comes with this industry."
