Louise Teasdale is tasked with preparing the five lads for tours and photoshoots, getting up close and personal with the singers.

Speaking to Grazia, the hairdresser revealed that Harry Styles' famous do is often just a bedhead look. When asked what the secret is to Styles' cut, she said:

"Harry wakes up like that! Sometimes I don't even see him before a shoot, or Liam especially when he had his shaved head."

Speaking about her most controversial hair cut on the boys, Teasdale added:

"Liam's shaved head I suppose...It was my favourite though :)."

The first wave of nominations have been released for this year's ceremony, which is taking place on August 11.

One Direction are nominated for the Choice Music Group prize, whilst their singer Harry Styles is up for the Choice Male Hottie and Choice Smile gongs.

The news seemingly cements Styles as the leading icon from the group, who also feature the likes of Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

Other nominees for the ceremony include Justin Bieber in the Choice Male Artist and Male Hottie categories.

The hotly contested Choice Female Artist section will see Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, P!nk, Rihanna and Taylor Swift battle it out.

More details about the ceremony, including further nominees and its performers, are due to be revealed soon.

He has signed up to take part in the musical, which will be titled 'I Can't Sing', and told London's Evening Standard newspaper that Cowell is excited about the project:

"We’d been umm-ing and ahh-ing about the title for a while, then it hit us — there’s never been a musical called 'I Can’t Sing'! We think it’s also the only musical for a while with a singing hunchback, a talking dog and a man on an iron lung, but we’d have to Google that to be sure. We’re pretty certain that you won’t have seen anything like it before and it’s great that Simon is backing it 4,500 per cent.”

The show is being financed by Stage Entertainment and Cowell’s Syco Entertainment company, and tickets for it will go on sale tomorrow (May 23) before it hits the stage next March (2014). While Cowell is yet to comment on the musical, he recently described part of it as the “funniest thing I’ve ever seen".

The lads have been enjoying some time off in Barcelona, Spain as they continue their trek around Europe on their Take Me Home tour.

Styles was pictured topless and taking in the sun as he put performing to the back of his mind.

Other photos of fans with the singer topless have also since appeared on Twitter.

Styles shows off his admirable tattoo collection in the snaps, with much of the upper half of his body plastered in ink.

One Direction meanwhile due are to play the Pavelló Olimpic venue in Barcelona tonight (May 22).

Speaking about the royal family during the fundraiser dinner for Prince Harry's Royal Foundation, he explained that he looks up to Harry as he is very normal, but often works for charity and is also in the services:

"If you're American and you watch movies on the Royal Family historically, it seems like fantasy, but to see the human in Harry, he's a normal guy."

Speaking to the Daily Star, Sheeran joked that people will know they are not the same person when they next see Prince Harry naked without any tattoos. He said:

"This is why I got so many tattoos. So when he is seen naked again, people know it's definitely not me."

The 'Lego House' man continued: "I bumped into Harry and took a picture on my phone with him and he said: 'This better not end up in any papers mate'."

There has been much speculation surrounding the former Pussycat Dolls beauty's love life after the blonde was spotted at the same exclusive London club as Prince Harry over the weekend.

Roberts has joked about the romance rumours, and quipped she may even start looking at more suitors with the name Harry.

In an interview with the Mirror, Roberts revealed: "One Direction are a little too young for me, I’m 31! They’re cute boys and I’m not going to say they’re not adorable. But hey, Harry does date old women so there you go.

She added: “Maybe I’m heading in the wrong direction with men and I need to head to One Direction. I’m sticking to the Harry lads.”

Roberts denied anything happened between her and Prince Harry, continuing: “There were no chat up lines but he seemed like a nice guy. If the Prince asked me out on a date, I would probably say ‘yes’. He’s a nice guy and it shows they are out there!”

Roberts is currently in the UK serving as a judge on hit TV show 'Dancing On Ice'.

The young Prince was photographed while on holiday in Las Vegas with friends and the pictures soon leaked to the press, and Morrissey has now branded him "an absolute idiot".

The flame-haired British royal has been embroiled in a furore over the past couple of weeks following the leak of photos that showed him indulging in a game of naked billiards.

One Direction, however, have stuck up for Harry, believing that he is just a young man doing what young men sometimes do. Niall Horan told E!:

"He's a 20-odd year-old guy doing what he wants."

Liam Payne meanwhile added: "A lot of people would have gone away on holiday and whatever, it doesn't matter for them. For him - it matters."

Bandmate Louis Tomlinson chimed in: "I think he's actually such a strong figure, because he's real."

One Direction meanwhile reigned supreme last night (September 6) at the MTV VMAs in Los Angeles, winning all three awards that they were nominated for.

Harry is currently engulfed in something of a scandal after photos emerged online of him naked in Las Vegas after a reported game of strip billiards.

Little Mix, meanwhile, recently recorded a cameo on Rihanna's fashion TV show Styled to Rock, which airs in the UK on Sky Living.

It seems they've both made an impact on the X Factor winners, with Jesy Nelson saying that they'd be perfect accomplices on a night out. She said:

"I think the stuff about [Prince Harry] being in Vegas is amazing. It makes people like him more. It would be so much fun to go out with him, or Rihanna. We filmed for her fashion show recently."

Bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock chimed in: "We'd really like to design our own range of clothes. It would be hard to agree on what though because we all have such different tastes. We don't even share stuff. Everyone got sent customised Timberlands and Beats headphones recently. We love them."

The ‘Chasing The Sun’ hitmakers, who yesterday revealed they have been working with LMFAO, told Access Hollywood Live that their fans are not ones to be messed with.

Max George said: “I wouldn't advise One Direction fans to fight with ours because our [fans] are really tough.

"Although, the quantity of theirs is probably a little bit larger. So, I think it'd be a good fight."

The boyband were also asked about their thoughts on Prince Harry’s naked Las Vegas photo incident, to which Tom Parker replied:

“He's a wild one. He's done a few things that are like, 'Did he really just do that?' [He's had] a few head-slapping moments!

"I think everyone can relate to him because he's just a normal guy, even though he's a prince."
