As soon as news broke that the vocal sensation had axed the date in Antwerp on May 14, rumours began to surface that suggested Beyoncé was pregnant again and E! even reported that sources had confirmed to reporters that she was expecting another baby.

However, some new behind-the-scenes clips from her tour have been shared online and one of them sees Beyoncé telling the camera that she is anxious to perform because doctors had just diagnosed her with the infection: "I'm actually quite nervous because yesterday I was diagnosed with tonsillitis. Hopefully I'll give Croatians a great concert. I'm going to fight as hard as I can, I know that God has my back."

Over the weekend, Beyoncé posted a message to her Instagram account which hit back at the speculation that's been growing in the press lately although it has since been deleted. It read: "I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

The veteran singer's latest album 'MDNA' was released in March 2012 and she soon after embarked on a world tour.

Speaking to Billboard, the 'Vogue' star was asked if she has started work on the follow-up to 'MDNA', to which she replied:

"No, not yet. I just finished editing the DVD of my [MDNA] concert. So I haven't had any free time."

Madonna was speaking at the Billboard Music Awards, with the singer picking up the Top Touring Artist prize on the night.

As previously reported, the Queen of Pop has been confirmed to help host the Sound of Change concert at London's Twickenham Stadium on June 1.

The event is due to raise awareness of women's rights and issues and will see the likes of Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez hit the stage.

The singer joined the show in 2011 as part of a shake-up of the panel, but she confirmed today (May 21) that her time as a judge has come to an end.

The news comes as little surprise, with the 'Young' star's position on the show the subject of great speculation for a number of months.

Whilst revealing her exit, Tulisa added that there are some exciting things planned in her career. The singer said:

"Just wanted to let you all know that I won't be part of the X Factor panel this year. I've had a great time on the show, but this year it's time to do something different. I'd like to thank everyone on The X Factor for two amazing years. Stay tuned as I have a very exciting announcement soon!"

As previously reported, long-time judge Louis Walsh recently revealed that he and Gary Barlow will continue to judge the show this year.

He also mooted Sharon Osbourne for a return to the panel and added that Spice Girl Mel B is in the mix too.

Speculation has been rife for a number of days that the international superstar is pregnant with her second child with rapper Jay-Z.

After cancelling her Mrs. Carter show in Belgium on May 14 due to “dehydration and exhaustion", the rumour mill was churning, and last night multiple sources confirmed to E! News that the star is expecting.

At the MET Gala in New York earlier this month, she raised eyebrows after walking the red carpet in a custom-made Givenchy gown with a belt that covered her stomach, also prompting people to believe the design camouflaged her growing bump.

However, Beyoncé posted a note to dispel the rumours on her Instagram page, which she has now deleted.

It read: "I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

The sharp-worded message has now been removed.

Beyoncé  recently revealed she "would like more children" and that she feels 16-month-old daughter Blue Ivy could do with some company. 

The pair were seen eating dinner together last year and some overeager sections of the media linked the duo romantically.

Speaking to The Sun, the UK rapper revealed his bewilderment at the level of speculation that resulted from spending time with Cole, saying:

"That was crazy. To be honest I wasn't ready for that level of exposure. It's a whole new world."

He continued: "I had to imagine what that level of interest must be like for her. That's what I took from the experience. She's a cool woman - we went for a meal and she gave me some good advice. I took a lot of it on board."

Recent reports have suggested that her engagement to fiance Liam Hemsworth is on the rocks and that the pair may have split up.

A fresh report emanated recently that Cyrus had been enjoying the company of former boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Speaking in a series of Twitter messages - which have now been deleted - the singer criticised magazines for spreading rumours about her private life, saying:

"I literally haven't seen Nick Jonas in years. Don't believe everything you read folks."

She added: "Why are magazines allowed to publish straight bull sh*t. Look at my profile pic. Look at my finger. Idiots. I couldn't have 'ran' into anyone because I haven't went to eat out in public in weeks because of the amount of paparazzi outside my house #shorthairrepunzel."

The 'Wide Awake' singer has sparked speculation she is engaged to John Mayer after she stepped out wearing a ring on her wedding finger.

The raven-haired songstress was spotted with a ruby ring in the shape of a heart on the appropriate finger during a romantic night out with Mayer on Valentine's Day on Thursday - sparking speculation the singer-songwriter had proposed.

However, Perry's representatives have refused to discuss the rumours surrounding the state of the star's love life, telling ET Online: "No comment".

28-year-old Perry split from her husband Russell Brand at the end of 2011.

Speaking to CBS recently, Mayer suggested that marriage could be on the cards for him and Perry, saying: "Of course. I mean, I'm still the kid from Connecticut. That's what you do."

He also gushed about his relationship with the 'Wide Awake' star: "For the first time in my life I don't feel like I'm in a celebrity relationship. I know it is high profile. It's hard to explain...For me it feels like something that's very human."

Mayer is famed for dating a string of Hollywood's hottest including Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson. 

The pair have a famously great on-screen chemistry leading to speculation that they could become an item. The two have laughed off such rumours - although Murs said they have entertained the idea of dating in the past.

Now the singer has told We Love Pop magazine: “The only [girl] I would spend Christmas with would be Caroline Flack. She told me her mum really likes me.”

Murs has previously admitted that he's questioned his feelings for Flack before, and revealed that if both he and his co-host are still single by the time they're 40, they might consider tying the knot.

He said: "Last year we were thinking, 'Are we, aren't we?' because we got on so well. We were working out if we were feeling each other. I thought we have to stay professional and keep it on the show. Even if I did have feelings it was a work thing. I'm sure she was thinking the same."

Former X Factor judge Cole has been linked with the BBC show ever since it was revealed that her friend and mentor will.i.am was to take up a coaching role on the show.

Recent tabloid reports have stoked the gossip even more, claiming that she could even be offered a judging role on the show.

Will.i.am has done little to dispel the rumours - recently stating it would be up to her whether or not she wants to appear on the show - but a spokesperson for Cole has told the Daily Mail that there is "there is no truth" in the gossip.

Cole recently confirmed that she has completed work on her new solo album, effusing excitement over being able to show it off to the public.
