Due to the overwhelming demand, the group has added additional dates to the tour in order to give fans their best chances of catching them live in 2014.

Louise Teasdale is tasked with preparing the five lads for tours and photoshoots, getting up close and personal with the singers.

Speaking to Grazia, the hairdresser revealed that Harry Styles' famous do is often just a bedhead look. When asked what the secret is to Styles' cut, she said:

"Harry wakes up like that! Sometimes I don't even see him before a shoot, or Liam especially when he had his shaved head."

Speaking about her most controversial hair cut on the boys, Teasdale added:

"Liam's shaved head I suppose...It was my favourite though :)."

The first wave of nominations have been released for this year's ceremony, which is taking place on August 11.

One Direction are nominated for the Choice Music Group prize, whilst their singer Harry Styles is up for the Choice Male Hottie and Choice Smile gongs.

The news seemingly cements Styles as the leading icon from the group, who also feature the likes of Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

Other nominees for the ceremony include Justin Bieber in the Choice Male Artist and Male Hottie categories.

The hotly contested Choice Female Artist section will see Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, P!nk, Rihanna and Taylor Swift battle it out.

More details about the ceremony, including further nominees and its performers, are due to be revealed soon.

The brothers are due to release the cut on June 18 and explained to Billboard.com that when writing the songs, they thought about how their fans will react to them when they hear them performed live:

"It's got a lot of big sounding songs. We really thought of the audience when we did them – we imagined the interaction with the crowd."

The oldest member, Isaac, added that the styles of music that feature on the record are diverse: "We also had some friends doing strings. The album is hopefully anthemic."

Hanson released the album's lead single, 'Get The Girl Back', on April 9 and the music video has now been released.

The funny clip has been taken from Nick Grimshaw's new BBC TV series Sweat The Small Stuff.

The BBC Radio 1 DJ recently appeared on the comedy panel show, which is hosted by Keith Lemon.

Grimshaw's friendship with 19-year-old One Direction star Styles was a constant joke throughout, with Lemon suggesting that they are in love.

Speaking to heat magazine about his appearance on the show, Grimshaw said:

"Oh my God - he tortured me! But he takes the piss out of everybody...it was fun."

The radio man was then asked if he gets annoyed by people asking him about Styles, to which he jibed: "I've been hypnotised not to talk about him."

18-year-old Xenna Kristian told SWNS that the Swift notion came about a year ago when a year said she looked like her.

However, it turned sour late last year when One Direction fans started to shout at the Telford girl after singer Harry Styles began a romance with Swift. She said:

The One Direction star often makes observations on his official Twitter account and it seems the musical film has been impressing the singer.

He tweeted to his fans last night (April 25) that the concluding scene in Grease is a part of film history. Styles said:

"The last scene of Grease is still the best piece of cinematic genius I have ever seen."

As previously reported, the 'What Makes You Beautiful' star recently showed his pride at Manchester United being crowned champions of England.

It followed news that he had been hanging out with defender Rio Ferdinand, with the singer even wearing a Man Utd top on stage.

The pair have become good friends over the last couple of years and they have regularly been seen out partying together.

However, their ages - 28 and 19 - have prompted some raised eyebrows, but the Radio 1 DJ told Now that their friendship doen't feel abnormal. He said:

"It's not that weird, is it?"

Grimshaw continued: "It seems totally normal to me: a DJ being mates with a popstar. It's not like he's some weirdo who can't talk. He's really funny. When anyone meets him, it's like, 'Oh yeah, he's really nice and interesting'. And they immediately understand."

The heartthrob singer has become a popular icon over the last couple of years and he has helped boost sales at England based Mask-arade, who make masks of famous faces.

In fact, sales of Styles masks are three times greater than that of his bandmates Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan.

The success has helped the company land a new deal to create Robbie Williams masks.

Mask-arade director Chris O'Nyan told the Mirror: "We're making really good progress and hope to break into North America by the end of the year."

As previously reported, One Direction recently performed the infamous 'Gangnam Style' dance with a fan whilst on tour in Nottingham.

The boyband have become global heartthrobs since leaving the X Factor in 2010, with Styles in particular gaining a womaniser reputation.

Speaking to Tiger Beat, however, Louis Tomlinson admitted that he is often called in to help his bandmate pick up women. He said:

"I am Harry's wingman. I do help the other boys talk to girls they like. There is a lot of that."

The 'Kiss You' star added: "I'm the really blunt one, so if Harry wanted someone's phone number I'd be like, 'Basically, Harry wants your phone number'."

Tomlinson is currently dating girlfriend Eleanor Calder and is one of three members of the band with partners.

The 'Kiss You' star has developed something of a 'cheeky romantic' reputation and it seems he had a bit of an odd sense of humour when he was younger.

Speaking to the Mirror, friend Nick Clough said that Styles once took out his penis and put it up to a car window whilst a friend's mother was inside. He said:

"Harry isn't shy about his body. It's more about the attention and causing a stir than being naked."

The 19-year-old mate said: "We went to one of my mate's 18th birthdays and he came home especially for it. One of the mums came round and he thought it would be funny to get his kn*b out and put it against her car window. No one's offended by it, people are just like, 'Oh Harry!'."

Revealing photos of the heartthrob boyband are always in high demand and two new photos recently appeared online.

One sees Harry Styles showing off his tattooed body whilst talking, whilst Niall Horan can also be seen surrounded by girls with underwear on show.

Naturally, One Direction fans on Twitter went crazy at the new photos, with one user tweeting:

"'Niall Horan shirtless will be the death of me."

As previously reported, Harry Styles' grandfather recently paid tribute to the singer after seeing him live for the first time, revealing his pride.

Brian Selley told the Mirror that he saw One Direction for the first time recently at one of their O2 Arena gigs in London.

The 77-year-old grandfather watched the concert from a VIP box and revealed that he is "very proud" of the young singer. He said:

"It was so lovely having Harry come over to me before the concert. I'm very proud of him. Harry hasn't changed at all. He's still the same. He always has a smile on his face and is very loving and caring. We're all lucky to have him. To me he's just loveable Harry. I don't think of him as this well-known pop star like everyone else."

Selley continued: "I remember picking him up and telling him to be brave after he'd fallen over and scraped his knee. To see how well he's done is wonderful. I don't mind what he does so long as he's happy."

The grandad added that he was impressed with Styles' stage-show, likening the band's audience reception to that of the Beatles. He said:

"Harry is a ­wonderful performer. I was so ­impressed seeing him live for the first time. It was absolutely brilliant. The boys were fantastic and I couldn't have been more proud. I remember Beatlemania when I was younger and it was very much like that. The girls were screaming so loud – it was deafening."
