The stars that didn't do so well include Lady Gaga, who is currently recovering from hip surgery after suffering a labral tear on her Born This Way Ball tour earlier this year, Chris Brown and Justin Bieber.

Canadian sensation Bieber attractive 20% positive compared to 54% negative, 'Don't Wake Me Up' superstar Brown only received 13% positive votes alongside 57% negative, and 'Judas' beauty Gaga scored a little higher with 29% positive but also had 50% negative votes.

Meanwhile, a wax figure of Adele is due to be on display at Madame Tussauds in London from July and a photograph of the likeness was teased earlier this month.

She turned up to the hotel's famous Rose Bar on Thursday night last week and sang with Brian Newman, who shared a tweet with his fans to let them know the duet took place. Newman wrote:

This marks Gaga's first live performance since she axed the remaining dates on her Born This Way Ball tour after suffering a labral tear, for which she had surgery back in February.

Speaking to Fabulous magazine she said: "I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend.

The Irish hunk also shared a particularly funny story with his millions of followers, explaining his braces are still causing him problems.

The massive pop event will take place at London's Wembley Stadium on June 9.

Swift will return to the UK for the date as she continues to promote her hugely successful 2012 record 'Red'.

As previously reported, Justin Timberlake was recently announced to host the concert, with no word on whether he will also perform or not.

Last year's Summertime Ball event saw the likes of Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Jessie J perform to a massive crowd.

The US star will introduce acts at the massive pop event, which is taking place at London's Wembley Stadium on June 9.

The '20/20 Experience' singer and actor has previously hosted the likes of iconic TV show Saturday Night Live.

The line-up for the concert is due to be announced on Thursday (April 25) at 8am UK time.

Last year's Summertime Ball featured the likes of Justin Bieber, Jessie J and Katy Perry.

The four piece - comprising Chris Martin, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, Jonny Buckland - topped a Facebook poll conducted by the iconic London stadium - beating off stiff competition from the likes of the England football team.

Coldplay - who took the crown with 71% of the vote - performed in front of an 80,000-strong crowd at the event and impressed with a set list of some of their greatest hits.

Canadian superstar Justin Bieber's performance at the event earlier this year scored him third place in the poll.

Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin said of the accolade: "This is a great honour for us. We doff our cap to Capital FM and their amazing summertime extravaganza, and we're completely humbled by our incredible fans who voted for us. 

He added: "This award is for them - and for our physics-defying crew - and we hope the stone on Wembley Way makes them proud."

Wembley Stadium is gifting Coldplay a personalised commemorative stone in honour of their performance.

Others that featured in the top ten were Team GB women’s football team and the men's England football squad.

The Daily Star quotes the singer as saying that whenever she visits the WC when out and about, she ends up feeling anxious about fans listening to her honour the call of nature.

She is reported to have said that she finds it hard to relax knowing that there are curious fans waiting outside her cubicle. She said:

"It is funny when you walk into a toilet and you hear people say: 'Oh, it's Jessie J'. They watch me and they can hear me, and that's not going to help me relax! I mean literally every time I go to the toilet, it happens."

The singer told S Moda magazine that her personality tends to strike a balance between showing emotion and keeping strong.

Cole meanwhile also clarified a quote she gave back in 2009 when she said she only trusts her mother and her dogs. She said:

The singer is set to play the event on September 21 and she will be supported by Lonsdale Boys Club, according to the festival's official website.

The month long shindig will see iTunes take over London's Roundhouse venue for the whole of September with a free gig every night.

Speaking about the event, Jessie J said:

"I was gutted to not have played at last year's iTunes Festival, this year is going to be epic, I can't wait. I love the Roundhouse it's one of my favourite London venues and this gig will be made even better as it's free and millions of my fans around the world can watch it live at home on their computers, iPads & iPhones. Bring it on!"

According to Island Def Jam, 'As Long As You Love Me' will be the next cut to come from his chart-topping new offering and it's a romantic track that features lyrics such as:

The 18-year-old Canadian superstar released his brand new album earlier this week, which has already debuted at No.1 on the official UK Top 40 albums chart, and explained to USA Today that it showcases his growth:

"I took nearly eight months to record this album, now it's back to the grind, which I enjoy. I'm maturing, and so is my music."

Bieber also added that he won't get lazy about his stardom now that he's at the top and plans to continue working just as hard to keep his fans, as well as himself, happy:

"Once you're on top, people wonder when you'll fall. I have to keep working hard."

He was filmed sitting on a barrier waiting for girlfriend Selena Gomez to arrive with his back to a horde of girls looking visibly agitated and, when asked for autographs, slammed the crowd for intruding on his personal life and down time.

In the video footage, obtained by Splash News, the 18-year-old 'Boyfriend' superstar can be seen with his hood up and asks the crowd of Beliebers "do I not have any right[s], as a human being?"

The vocal powerhouse is currently over in Jessie J's homeland as he prepares to perform with Queen this summer, and it seems like he's been getting in the party spirit.

Speaking to Yahoo's OMG!, Lambert said that he went out after a recent performance at London's G-A-Y club and bumped into a number of stars - including Katy Perry.

However, he took time to praise Jessie J, saying that she can "sing circles around so many people". He said:

"After the G-A-Y performance we decided that we needed to keep partying. We met up with Katy Perry and her dancers and saw Jessie J there. She's lovely, I'm a big fan. I love her.
