Speaking as part of her collection for shoe brand Keds, Swift explained that her style is "feminine, experimental and classic," and that she will take inspiration from the world around her when putting together an outfit:

"I like to wear in the spring, and I'll admit I'm obnoxious like this, I like to dress like a mini-Easter egg. I get really excited about seasons changing. I'm self aware about it but I'm excited about it. I like pastels and bows. I like to incorporate the summer wardrobe along with some things for spring into the overall look."

The beauty added that like any other girl she has looks she will always return to: "I'll have these style epiphanies. When I was 15, I realised that I loved the idea of a sundress and cowboy boots and that's all I wore for, like, two years. Try everything because you might not like it today but you might want to wear it tomorrow. If you find a look you keep going back to it then it might just be your personal style."

During an interview with Billboard, the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' songstress explained that she loves Icona Pop's 'I Love It', which became popular after it was used in an episode of 'Girls':

"I’m also absolutely smitten with 'I Love It' by Icona Pop. It’s the way reckless abandon sounds in my head. I play it right before I go onstage."

She confessed to loving ballads and named collaborator Ed Sheeran as one of her favourite artists of the moment: "I love that ballads became huge hits this year and that unexpected songs and artists got lots of airplay. Ed Sheeran, the Lumineers and fun. are some of my favorites right now, and they’ve all had big hits with songs that have substance and real instruments. I like it!"

When asked if she's into EDM or house music, Swift added: "I don’t like to feel like I’m in a club when I’m in my car and I turn on the radio. Anything that ceases to be a song and just sounds like house music kind of stresses me out."

The US duo will play the song - which features on the latter's album '#willpower' - at Sunday's (May 19) Billboard Music Awards.

The track will be just one of many high-profile collaborations set to take place at the Las Vegas awards ceremony.

Christina Aguilera, Pitbull and a mystery guest will perform 'Feel This Moment', whilst David Guetta, Ne-Yo and Akon will run through 'Play It Hard'.

Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull will perform new single 'Live It Up', whilst Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne will take 'High School' to the stage.

All these collaborations come in addition to a host of solo performances, with twelve acts lined up to play on the night.

Prince, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Selena Gomez are all among the list of guests due to perform at the star-studded event.

Lamorne Morris (pictured below), who plays the character of Winston, has admitted to Vulture that he's desperate for Rihanna to sign up for the programme and he wants her to play his love interest:

"I would like to see him in a relationship. Rihanna's trying to act now. Let's bring her on."

"She would [have to] play somebody. I wouldn't want her to play [the real] Rihanna, because Rihanna is probably a little wild for Winston. She would walk all over Winston."

Last year, Rihanna starred in the science fiction war movie 'Battleship' although her role as Petty Officer Cora 'Weps' Raikes only won her a Razzie Award for Worst Supporting Actress.

Online hate isn't anything new, but the 'Party in the USA' star took to Twitter last night (May 12) after it got too much.

The singer admitted that she often receives death threats on Twitter from fans of Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift - even though she is friends with them in real life. Cyrus said:

"Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in there name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular) Please Smilers don't ever think somehow you are supporting me by being hateful towards other artist. My fans make me proud by supporting my music & everything I do."

She continued: "I'm sure these haters would make their idols much happier tweeting bout their music rather than wishing death upon their peers like psychos. We are all friends. Why can't you all be?"

Responding to a tweet that suggested Cyrus was "hating" on Swift and Gomez, the singer replied: "I said nothing about either of them...I said some fans are acting like psychos. Example A."

She is currently on the six-month North American jaunt, but will travel to the country in December for 4 concerts. Michael Gudinski’s Frontier Touring Company will promote the shows and a statement about the exciting news was issued earlier today (May 9):

"Swift is a superstar globally and has repeatedly sold out multiple arenas in both Australia and New Zealand. She has proven herself to be one of the most significant female artists of our time and it is a natural progression to see her take her touring to the next level here, with the confirmation that she will play four massive stadium shows across Australia this summer."

Her Australian dates will take place at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium on December 4, Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on December 7, Perth’s NIB Stadium on December 11 and Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium on December 14.

Ticket sales begin on May 21 and a pre-sale will be held on May 14 via frontiertouring.com/taylorswift.

The Canadian ceremony is due to take place on June 16 as the pop world gathers to celebrate its top stars.

Nominees for three of the categories - Artist or Group, International Artist or Group and Video - have been released.

One Direction, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato and Psy have landed nominations in the International category.

Justin Bieber, Deadmau5, Drake and Carly Rae Jepsen meanwhile are up for the Artist or Group award.

In the video section, Classified, Marianas Trench, Hedley and Drake are nominated.

Fans are asked to vote for a fifth nominee in each category and are given five choices to pick from.

It has been widely reported that the country pop star's collaboration, which featured on her 2012 record 'Red', will be her next UK release.

The track is regularly performed live by Swift and Sheeran on the former's 2013 North America tour.

'Everything Has Changed' will follow Swift's previous singles 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together', 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and '22'.

As previously reported, Swift was one of the first names confirmed for this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball event at London's Wembley Stadium in June.

The ‘22’ American songstress’ newly acquired Rhode Island house is an 11k-plus-square-foot mansion.

Swift originally viewed the property on April 15. She then revisited it for a second time on April 22 along with her family and real estate agent.

The original cost of the home and the 5.23 acres of land on which it sits was valued at $20 million but the American pop and country music star purchased it for less than the asking price at $17.75 million. She paid the sum in cash.

Taylor’s new property boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a five car heated garage, eight fireplaces and an ocean view.

It was recently confirmed that Taylor Swift will play at this year’s Capital FM Summertime Ball which takes place at London’s Wembley Stadium on June 9.

The massive pop event will take place at London's Wembley Stadium on June 9.

Swift will return to the UK for the date as she continues to promote her hugely successful 2012 record 'Red'.

As previously reported, Justin Timberlake was recently announced to host the concert, with no word on whether he will also perform or not.

Last year's Summertime Ball event saw the likes of Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Jessie J perform to a massive crowd.

Taylor Swift joins the acts with the most top 40 titles dating to the Hot 100's August 4, 1958 launch which includes Elvis Presley (#80), Elton John (#57), The Beatles (#50), Madonna (#49) and the Rolling Stones (#41).

Swift first reached the the top 40 when her debut single "Tim McGraw" spent a week at #40 back in 2007.

She holds the record for the most top 10 debuts, which she extended to 11 with "I Knew You Were Trouble" last year. The song was the third top 10-debuting preview track from her latest album "Red".

She currently ranks at #32 with "22", her 40th top 40 hit.

Swift additionally boasts the most simultaneous titles on the Hot 100 by a female artist, ranking the week that her album 'Speak Now' debuted atop the Billboard 200.

Rumours surrounding the pair circulated recently after they were seen together on the red carpet at the Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

It was said that the duo, who got together previously in 2009, then reconciled and spent time together at an after-party.

However, a spokesperson for Swift rubbished the story, saying:

"There is no truth to this...whatsoever."

John Mayer meanwhile is a single man again after splitting from recent girlfriend Katy Perry.
