The veteran singer's latest album 'MDNA' was released in March 2012 and she soon after embarked on a world tour.

Speaking to Billboard, the 'Vogue' star was asked if she has started work on the follow-up to 'MDNA', to which she replied:

"No, not yet. I just finished editing the DVD of my [MDNA] concert. So I haven't had any free time."

Madonna was speaking at the Billboard Music Awards, with the singer picking up the Top Touring Artist prize on the night.

As previously reported, the Queen of Pop has been confirmed to help host the Sound of Change concert at London's Twickenham Stadium on June 1.

The event is due to raise awareness of women's rights and issues and will see the likes of Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez hit the stage.

The British rock group are due to play the stadium on Wednesday (May 22) but they tested out some of their renowned special effects last night (May 20).

However, curious onlookers saw flames coming out of the top of the stadium and presumed the venue was on fire.

One person tweeted a photo of the stadium looking like it was in flames before news spread online.

This prompted the venue to clarify on Twitter that the smoke was just from Muse's live set-up. They said:

"Just to confirm there is no fire here at the Ricoh Arena. They are just testing everything ready for Wednesday night's Muse concert."

In addition to the Coventry date, Muse are due to play two shows at London's Emirates Stadium and one show at Manchester's Etihad Stadium as part of their UK tour.

The singer previously teased the track when it appeared as the soundtrack to a new Pepsi advert earlier this year.

She has also performed the song live on her Mrs Carter Show world tour, but a full recorded version, however, has now emerged online.

It is over five minutes long and could feature on the US star's forthcoming new album.

As previously reported, Beyoncé recently slammed people who spread gossip about her and possible pregnancy on an Instagram post - before deleting it. The message read:

"I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me."

The British group performed at the Mediolanum Arena to a packed crowd as they continue their Take Me Home European tour.

Speaking on Twitter post-gig, Niall Horan said that their fans had been particularly enthusiastic all day - meaning that come stage-time, the crowd was hyped. He said:

"Milano was epic! U guys were crazy!"

The Irishman later added: "Absolutely mental in Milan last night! Knew it was gona be! I could tell by the rampage of our fans in the streets in the daytime."

Next up on One Direction's touring schedule is a show in Barcelona on Wednesday night (May 22).

Shortly before his baby arrived, Kasabian toured the USA and Meighan explained that he found himself feeling very emotional and "just lost it" while on the road:

"I had a meltdown. Not a complete breakdown but I just lost it through the realisation of what was going on in my life. I went a bit mad for a couple of days. I panicked. I've never had that before. And I was at breaking point. But the band were there for me and crying helps."

He went on to confess that being away from home during such a personal time was especially tough, but looking back on it now it seems well worth it:

"I cry a lot and I'm not ashamed to say that but America was hard. It was nine weeks of non-stop touring. But we're doing all right there now, so it was worth it and we're going back there in the autumn."

Back in May, Kasabian branded One Direction "five little d*cks" for their impressive and quick success in the U.S. and said it wasn't fair because they've endured long tours stateside without making the same impact.

When asked about her relationship with the 'One Thing' heartthrob by radio station B104, Lovato joked "I don't even know who One Direction is."

"I'm kidding. Niall is a friend of mine. I do know who he is. We're just friends and he's awesome. He's cool."

Earlier this month, Horan revealed that he's been in contact with the 'Skyscraper' beauty and said: "She's really nice. Um, I don't know what's going to happen."

Horan also met up with Lovato's sisters during a trip to the Santa Monica pier and they tweeted publicly about how great it was to meet him.

The lads have been on high security alert lately following an incident in New York City, in which members Niall Horan and Liam Payne were mobbed by hundreds of followers during a rare day off, and were surprised to learn that people are still pulling out all the stops to try and get to them.

Zayn Malik told British newspaper The Mirror: "They got busted. They hid in a bin and tried to come in the back entrance."

The 'More Than This' heartthrobs performed their third and final concert in Mexico last night (June 6) and Horan tweeted a public message to Olly Murs, who has been providing musical support on their north American tour, and told him that he would love it there because the "fans are crazy":

"@ollyofficial oliver when ya back ? tomorrow? you would love it down here! its mad dude...fans are crazy."

Although the heartthrobs haven't confirmed anything, reports suggest they are gearing up to star in their own film and member Harry Styles joked to The Sun newspaper that his mop of hair would work especially well in 3D:

"The film could be exciting. My hair would be poking in your eye."

The Sun also revealed that the One Direction movie is set to be released on November 8, 2013, but an official announcement on the news is yet to be made.

The 'More Than This' hitmakers are currently in Mexico where they have performed a couple of headlining concerts and a fan recorded footage of Styles from last night's show (June 5) who was visibly concerned by a fan's wellbeing in the audience.

The lads played a show at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City last night (June 5) and member Niall Horan took to social networking site Twitter to tell his 3.8 million followers that he had the best time:

"Most incredible show tonight in mexico city! Thank you soo much!! Xx. Thank you again for coming to see us tonight..was mental in there...could you understand us?"

He also added that his recent thumb injury had resurfaced and wrote: "Looks like ive bust my thumb open again! Sheeeeeeeet!"

The lads will return to the Auditorio Nacional tonight for one final concert before heading back to the USA where they will resume their tour with a date at the Viejas Arena in San Diego.

In a new Twitter post made earlier this evening (June 5), heartthrob Louis Tomlinson paid tribute to not only his own followers, but to the 'One Thing' group's devoted fanbase and wrote:

"Massive thank you to everyone who has ever supported us. We would be nowhere without you and I assure you we never take it for granted :) xx"

One Direction are currently on their headlining tour of north America and member Niall Horan took to the social networking site around an hour ago (8pm BST) to reveal that the lads are now in Mexico for a few days: "Hola mexico, happy to be here!"

They will perform at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City both tonight and tomorrow (June 5 and 6 respectively) before returning to the USA on June 8 for a concert at the Viejas Arena in San Diego.

He recently admitted to having a crush on pop princess Katy Perry, but this time it's former Disney starlet and current X Factor USA panelist Demi Lovato who fancies him. HollywoodLife has quoted the 'Skyscraper' beauty as saying:

"I would snog Niall. I do have a little crush on him. I love Niall, he is so cute. I hear he's really sweet and he's a cutey-pie."

Luckily for Lovato, the crush is mutual because during a recent interview with ETalk 18-year-old Horan was shown a photo of her and he exclaimed that he would "100%" date the singer and talent show judge. 

Back in May, Horan's father Bobby explained that he "loves" a girl back in Ireland although he is yet to address this publicly:

"There’s a local girl that Niall loves. I know he thinks of her as his sweetheart. She’s very attractive, and they’re close, but I don’t know whether he’s made any advances on her yet. I’m not going to embarrass her by giving her name, though."

The New York Times Best Sellers list has put the group's 'One Direction: Dare To Dream' in the No.1 position on the 'Children's Paperback Books Chart' and member Liam Payne took to social networking site Twitter (June 1) to reveal his astonishment at the exciting news:

"Just found out Dare To Dream debuted at #1 on the New York Times bestsellers list. Thank you so much to everyone that made this happen."

A message on the official website of the New York Times book chart explains that "rankings reflect sales for the week ending May 26, 2012".

The lads treated their 4 million Twitter followers to a special 'watching' party for their live DVD, 'Up All Night: The Live Tour', yesterday (May 31) and revealed that the experience was fantastic, with Niall Horan tweeting:

"Twitter time in the show...you guys really are incredible on here...the top trend worldwide now is #1DVDwatchparty amazing."

The lads spent yesterday afternoon (May 30) at the watery landmark and were even joined by Louis Tomlinson's student girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, who had flown out for a stateside reunion with her 20-year-old boyband beau. 

Photographs showed the group, along with the smitten couple, enjoying a tour of the Falls on a boat named 'Maid of the Mist' and they were also snapped in matching blue waterproof ponchos while looking at the sights.

Harry Styles shared a personal photo of the stunning view on Twitter and member Niall Horan told his 3.6 million followers that it was an unforgettable experience: "gona try n sleep for a bit! amazing day at niagra [sic] falls."

One Direction's last attempt at enjoying a well-deserved day off wasn't so fruitful as singers Niall Horan and Liam Payne were mobbed during a trip into central Manhattan.

Over the weekend, members Liam Payne and Niall Horan were shocked after getting mobbed while walking around New York City during a day off and the group talked to Jenna Bush Hager about what it's like to live in the spotlight.

Heartthrob Louis Tomlinson explained that despite their very public image, it is possible to walk around unnoticed:

"But the thing is, it's easy going to the shops really. Everyone has this, like, idea that you can't go to the shops, but the only time when ever it gets crazy is when everyone knows we're in a certain place. If we just walk into the shop you might have two or three people stop you for a photo, but..."

Harry Styles added: "The only bit that you kind of wish you got to do more of is see your family. So I don't think there's ever a point where the cons outweigh the pros."

When asked if they would be attending the 2012 London Olympics later this summer, an excited Liam Payne revealed that his girlfriend is actually taking part:

"My girlfriend's cheerleading in the Olympics. Genuinely, for the volleyball!"
