Ke$ha wants Keith Richards look

Eccentric songstress Ke$ha wants to look like Keith Richards with "t**s''.

The 26-year-old star is famed for her wacky dress sense and larger-than-life personality.

Ke$ha takes style inspiration from Rolling Stones guitarist Richards.

Speaking to British magazine Look: ''I like taking a masculine style and making it sexy. I love suits and I always look to Keith Richards.

''If I could look like Keith Richards with t**s that'd be great.''

Ke$ha also revealed the reasoning behind her eclectic dress sense.

The star - who admits she once dyed her hair a drastic shade of blonde to look like an animal - says she takes inspiration from a range of people, places and things.

She added: ''I go from one extreme to the other. I've been influenced by everything, 80s wrestlers, at one point I wanted to look like a white lion, which is why I dyed my hair white.''

'Fashion Police' co-host Kelly Osbourne took to her official Twitter page earlier today (May 17) to reveal that she was left red-faced after a construction worker saw her 'half naked'.

Writing on her social media account this afternoon, the TV personality admitted that she was mortified after the incident: "#DyingRightNow getting work done on my house & one of the builders just walked into my bedroom while i was half naked! my face is so red!"

Last month, the beauty gave an exclusive interview to Self magazine about her weight loss and new-found love for her body and confessed that being healthy is now her priority:

"I figured] out there is no such thing as perfection. If I had known that earlier, I wouldn't have been such a f**k up. The only thing I can be is me. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes. And my body is not perfect, either, but I love it. It will never be perfect but I do not want it to be. That's so boring!"

Zane Lowe: 'We have too much access to our music idols with the Internet, there's no mystique'

Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe has given his opinion on the rise of social media in the music industry and revealed that sites such as Twitter and Facebook give people too much access to the stars they look up to.

During an interview with Digital Spy, he explained that the 'mystique' is taken out of bands these days because now we can check their online pages to see what mundane things they fill their days with:

"This isn't to sound like I long for a time before these things existed - I for one embrace the medium and think in a lot of ways it's the only way artists can actually control how they can be heard - but the pressure to constantly update takes away some of the mystery and mystique of art."

"I loved it when I didn't know what Chris Cornell had for breakfast, or God forbid I ever found out what pair of pants Chuck D decided to put on that day."

Referring to his own experiences of music pre-social networking, Lowe added that he "didn't even know what Thom Yorke sounded like to speak to for the first two Radiohead albums": "I loved the idea of them being superheroes to me. Would Superman be Superman if he was mystified by Twitter every day?"

Country-pop beauty Taylor Swift has opened up about the types of music she enjoys listening to outside of her own genre and revealed there are certain kinds she simply can't stand.

During an interview with Billboard, the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' songstress explained that she loves Icona Pop's 'I Love It', which became popular after it was used in an episode of 'Girls':

"I’m also absolutely smitten with 'I Love It' by Icona Pop. It’s the way reckless abandon sounds in my head. I play it right before I go onstage."

She confessed to loving ballads and named collaborator Ed Sheeran as one of her favourite artists of the moment: "I love that ballads became huge hits this year and that unexpected songs and artists got lots of airplay. Ed Sheeran, the Lumineers and fun. are some of my favorites right now, and they’ve all had big hits with songs that have substance and real instruments. I like it!"

When asked if she's into EDM or house music, Swift added: "I don’t like to feel like I’m in a club when I’m in my car and I turn on the radio. Anything that ceases to be a song and just sounds like house music kind of stresses me out."

Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that she passed up the chance to record the hit track 'We Found Love'.

The song was released by Rihanna and Calvin Harris in 2011 and proved to be a massive hit, with its number of YouTube plays particularly strong.

Speaking to Notion, Scherzinger admitted that she was given a demo of the track but decided against working with the song because she was too busy and wanted to stray away from dance. The X Factor judge said:

"I passed on 'We Found Love'. I've got the demo of that song and I was busy at the time."

She continued: "They'd sent me a few dance tracks and I wasn't able to get to them and I was like 'Oh there's so much dance and I want to take a break from it'. That was my fault. I slept on it."

Scherzinger meanwhile is due to release her second solo album later this year, with the record preceded by single 'Boomerang'.

Calvin Harris has revealed that he is set to work with Emeli Sandé.

The Scottish DJ was quizzed on his future collaboration plans by Capital FM before he played their Jingle Bell Ball event at the weekend.

The '18 Months' star has worked with the likes of Rihanna and Florence Welch in the past but it seems there is one lady particularly in his sights.

Speaking about his impressive resume of previous collaborations, Harris said:

"I'm very fortunate to have worked with a lot of people."

He added that "number one on the list is Emeli Sandé" before saying "yes" when asked if she has confirmed that she is up for a collaboration.

However, he added: "Saying yes is the first step and then getting them to a place where they'll enter a studio is a different level."

The Scottish DJ is well used to collaborating with hit artists, with Harris previously working on the likes of Rihanna's massive 'We Found Love'.

It seems Ke$ha is going to be the next recipient of his gold dust after the singer revealed to Digital Spy that they have worked on a song togther - however, she doesn't know when it will be made available to the public. The 'Die Young' star said:

"I come to London a lot - I actually made some of the first record out here. I love it here - I love the weather, the men and the unpredictability. I even made a track with Calvin Harris that has never seen the light of day. It's a great track - I'm sure we'll release it one day!"

Ke$ha also outlined some of her future plans, which includes releasing an acoustic EP and a range of teeth-inspired jewellery. She added:

"I also have a picture book coming out which I'm really proud of, a 5-song 'Deconstructed' EP of acoustic tracks, a fake fur line and a jewellery line, which includes a teeth range. Basically I'm doing a bunch of incredibly fun sh*t."

Calvin Harris: "Exciting voices are key to hit record"

Scottish DJ and producer Calvin Harris is attracted to "strong, soaring voices" - and would only feature someone on his songs if they "brought excitement" to the record.

The star - who recently celebrated reaching No. 1 in the UK album charts with '18 Months' - has a clear idea of who he wants to collaborate with.

Harris has previously collaborated with chart heavyweights Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Kelis, Ne-Yo, Example, and most recently Florence Welch on hit single 'Sweet Nothing'.

He told the Metro: "When people approach me, it’s always the wrong person. I really had to chase Welch and, once I got that vocal, I made one of the best records I’ve ever made.

Harris added: "I’m attracted to strong voices, especially a soaring female vocal on a classic house record. I’m not always looking for technically the best singers but they have to stand out and bring excitement to the track. Actually, it was Leona Lewis’s voice I had in mind when I made We Found Love, before Rihanna’s manager heard the track…"

Harris says there's nothing like live touring to determine which tracks will be best received by fans.

He revealed: "You get an instant reaction that you can trust from the dance floor; it’s the best process of making a hit. If a track sounds really f**king amazing in the club, you can work out whether it’ll sound totally f**king amazing in the car, or anywhere else."

Calvin Harris has revealed that he won't feature on Rihanna's upcoming new album because he didn't have enough time to write material.

The pair worked together in 2011 on the smash hit track 'We Found Love' and the Scottish DJ told BBC Newsbeat that she asked him to contribute to her new album 'Unapologetic', which is due for a November 19 release.

However, it seems Harris would only have had two days to conjure something up - a time scale too tight for the '18 Months' star. He said:

"Rihanna's been recording her next album and I saw her and she said, 'You have to do something for my album! We need you'."

He continued: "Then you're like, 'No, I need to do this'. So then you go into the studio and you're like, 'I need to sit here and I've got two days to make probably one of the best records that I'll ever make in my life'. Obviously I didn't do anything, so I'm not on the record. I did a decent tune, but you can't work under that kind of pressure. I can't anyway."

When asked by Kiss FM which version of the song he personally prefers, Harris admitted that they are nothing alike so it's difficult to say which is better:

"Erm, they're very different because [Leona] sings it dead softly, you know, how Leona sings. It's more like an X Factor ballad. The only people that have got it [Leona's rendition] are me and Leona Lewis."

Lewis recently spoke out about this, too, and told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "I worked with Calvin and we recorded We Found Love. But he went touring with Rihanna and she ended up releasing it."

“I didn’t commit to it because I wanted Trouble to be my first single so I think that was another reason they went with Rihanna. It was the same version and production but mine’s better."

Calvin Harris has admitted his shock after Lady Gaga attacked him on Twitter.

As previously reported, Gaga took to the social networking website to tell the Scottish DJ that he was wrong in saying that he turned down the chance to work with her.

Harris then replied to explain the misunderstanding, with the 'Born This Way' singer accepting the apology and congratulating him on his new album '18 Months'.

Speaking to Capital FM, Harris said that he was surprised at the outburst because it had been in the public domain for some time. He said:

"[I was] a bit surprised because it had been on Wikipedia for four years. And I didn't say anything bad."

The 'We Found Love' hitmaker added: "I just said I didn't have time to do a remix – which frequently happens with all sorts of people. It's not really a problem. Something was taken the wrong way, or it was reported again, four years later, in the wrong way. But, it's just one of them things."

The pair teamed up in 2011 for the track 'We Found Love', which went on to be a smash hit around the world.

It is due to feature on his forthcoming album '18 Months' but Harris told The Sun that the single has already helped open doors for him in the US and beyond. The Scottish DJ said:

"It changed absolutely everything. Career-wise it was the best thing that could ever have happened. For example, in America my tune 'Feel So Close' came out about three months before."

He continued: "But when 'We Found Love' came out, the radio started playing 'Feel So Close' like it was the single after. Then that did really well, it charted well and sold a lot of copies. Then radio stations wanted to play me like I was the new act. That changed a lot of things as they wouldn't play me before."

The X-Factor winner, set to chart inside the Top 10 today with new single ‘Trouble,’ told the Daily Star that Calvin Harris originally approached her to voice the 2011 hit:

“I worked with Calvin and we recorded We Found Love. But he went touring with Rihanna and she ended up releasing it.

“I didn’t commit to it because I wanted Trouble to be my first single so I think that was another reason they went with Rihanna. It was the same version and production but mine’s better.

“I still have the recording but I’d never leak it. That’s so unprofessional."

The 26-year-old, who this week announced a new UK tour, admitted that she was a little bit jealous following the huge success of the track:

“There are so many songs I’ve recorded, only to hear other people singing them. It happens all the time.

“It was a bit annoying to see how big a hit it was around the world but if I’d released it maybe it wouldn’t have done as well.”

Oprah Winfrey: 'I won’t judge Rihanna'

Oprah Winfrey has revealed that she wouldn’t judge Rihanna if the Bajan superstar rekindled her relationship with Chris Brown.

The ‘We Found Love’ singer admitted to the talk show host that she still felt protective over her ex-boyfriend during an interview earlier this year, while rumours continue to surface that the pair are back together.

And now Winfrey has told Extra that she wouldn’t be against the idea of the couple reuniting:

“I think that if she is prepared to deal with that and is prepared to help him help himself then so be it. I have no judgment about it.

“That's why I can sit there and have such a great time with her because I do all my interviews with no judgment whatsoever. If that’s how you choose to lead your life that’s really okay.”

Chris Brown yesterday confirmed that he had split with girlfriend Karrueche Tran and uploaded a mysterious video in which he admitted that he loves two different people.
