Paul, started out in the music and entertainment industry back in 2003, professionally but for Paul it all started when he was 10 years old, attending the clubs and pubs with his parents: his mother and father both dancers, whilst his mother also a singer. Paul started helping bands and singers at the clubs and pubs and, when only 15, going on the road as a roadie.
At an early age, he took up photography and promotional work for local bands, moving from clubs and pubs to music venues. Working with local promoters, Paul started to learn every aspect of the industry, and his passion for music, and especially live music emerged. Through his other hobbies including youth work, Paul also got involved with Press and Media, including Journalism, and with his Music Experience, the obvious skills for interviewing Singers, Bands, and Musicians became normal through consultations, press and media work.
Music was just something that motivated and inspired him, enjoying the music and the excitement and adrenaline of touring.
After managing his first band at the age of 18 and becoming successful locally through various bands and singers, Paul took time out for a few years whilst undertaking music photography, and event promotion, working on local festivals, and concerts.
Paul's passion for music and work ethic put him firmly back in the management mindset and undertaking some tours and festivals. From Touring the UK in Cars, Vans, Splinter Band Vans to Full-size double-decker tour buses, Paul is no stranger to Living on the road, as well as being able to visit most major cities in the UK, and Ireland.
Through working with various clients, both as a Talent & Music Manager, PA, Social Media Manager, Website Designer, Photographer, Promoter or Consultant, Paul has built up a solid reputation for being the man with experience, trust, and respect amongst Artists, Managers, Promoters and Industry in general, together with working with and networking with Artists, Managers, Promoters, PR & Press Agencies, and Branding Companies, Paul mixes Life Experience and Tactics. Over the years many singers and bands have wanted Paul to manage and work with them, but Paul has kept his clients to a minimum, as this devotes more time, to his clients.
Whether it's a small Music Venue Gig, or big Auditorium stages like the London Palladium, IndigO2, or Arenas Including the O2, Wembley, or Echo Arena's Paul loves Live music and Touring. Working with both his own clients and supporting others, life on the road is hard work but amazing.
For Paul its not just about saying and boasting he can do a job, its about actually doing it and doing the job hands-on, working with the Artists, its not just about a 3/4 Minute Song you hear and enjoy, its the entire process. Paul loves the experience and journey of Rehearsals, Recording Studio, Photo and Video Shoots, to Live Gigs, Tours and Festivals, but also enjoying the Talent he's working with, and helping to engage and build their fan base, delivering results, and being successful whilst having fun is key.
Over the years Paul has gained valuable life experiences to which helps him, keep calm under pressure, and to be able to handle almost any situation.
There is a lot of people to whom Paul has worked with and many people to whom he has gained knowledge and experience from, too many to name but he is always appreciative of any help. Whether its the Sound and Lighting Engineers, to Producers, or Venue or Touring Staff Paul welcomes everyone the same.
Paul mixes work, family life, that's right Paul is a father of three children, all boys, taking their own paths including School, Military and University. Paul's children and family and close friends have supported his work. As his love of music and working with music artists including singers and bands, and also talented actors, social media influencers, has been a driving passion for over 20 years.
