30 Seconds To Mars frontman Jared Leto has revealed that if he had to choose between being married to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, he would choose the 'Heartless' rapper. 

Speaking to MTV News about the existing friendship he already has with West, he explained that they're able to talk to each other so that's a great basis for a relationship:

"There's a basis of a relationship, and we always have an interesting conversation, and being able to talk to your spouse I could imagine as being a really important thing to do.” 

“You have to have an eternal conversation, if you're going to be in a relationship. You have to be with someone you can talk to about anything, forever... I'd have to pick Kanye."

Leto, meanwhile, has just been nominated for an Oscar for his role in 'Dallas Buyers Club', in which he plays an HIV positive transgender character named Rayon. He issued a statement following the exciting news that he's up for the Best Supporting Actor prize, and said: 

"Today you not only honor me but also all those around the world living with AIDS and all those we have lost to this disease. Thank you for recognizing them and recognizing their struggle through 'Dallas Buyers Club'."
