5 Seconds of Summer say they're "doing the best they can" as they continue to enjoy worldwide success.

The Australian group have shot to fame recently and their debut single 'She Looks So Perfect' hit No.1 across the world earlier this year.

Ashton Irwin and Luke Hemmings appeared on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show today (May 5) and when asked if they have changed since their success, Irwin said:

"We're having a good time. We're doing the best we can and hoping people like the music."

They added that their parents have supported them since the beginning.

The pop-punkers were appearing on Nick Grimshaw's show to promote their next single 'Don't Stop', which will be released in the UK on June 15.
