Guitarist Michael Clifford initially really disliked 5 Seconds Of Summer's last single, 'She Looks So Perfect', and tried to talk the band out of releasing it. 

Member Ashton Irwin made the surprising revelation during a recent interview with Australia's Kyle and Jackie O and explained that he left the studio telling the rest of the members how much he thought the track "sucked":

"No, Michael hated it. We wrote it in a day and when we left the writing session, Michael said, "man, that song sucked". So I was like, "nah, man, it's a good song". So, we pushed through and recorded it."

Irwin went on to talk about the boys' romantic relationships and added that they're all currently single because their schedule means they can't be in the same place for long periods of time, and they're not really into random hook-ups:

"We don't have girlfriends, it's not a rule it's just a thing. We're not in the same place for more than 24 hours usually so it's kind of hard to commit to anything. 24-hour commitment? I don't know..."
