Earlier today (June 4), Australian heartthrobs 5 Seconds Of Summer teased that there will be a very exciting announcement later for their Mexican fans and they have now shared the news. 

Writing on their band's Twitter page this morning, the lads explained: "MEXICO ! we have a massive announcement for you today, check back at 4pm CST if you wanna hear what it is x."

The 'She Looks So Perfect' stars returned to the social networking site again recently to update their followers on what's going on and wrote: "MEXICO. were SO excited to announce that WE ARE COMING! so excited to meet you all #VIVA5SOS."

They also shared a post via their Facebook page and gave more information on the news: "MEXICO. We are soooooo excited to announce that WE ARE COMING. We'll be playing our own 'VIVA 5SOS' headline show in Mexico City this October 8. We'll have a special fan presale for everyone signed up to our newsletter on June 9 from 11am CST (all the info you need will be sent out on Sunday!). Banamex are also doing their own ticket presale from 11am CST on June 11. And general tickets go on sale for everyone else from 11am CST on June 13."
