5SOS: 'It's beautiful to see people in the crowd singing along to our songs'

Australian band 5 Seconds Of Summer have revealed that it's great to be back on the road with One Direction now because they're coming into their own success so have seen a stronger reception.

Speaking about being part of One Direction's Where We Are tour this year, drummer Ashton Irwin explained that it's amazing because they have a much more established fan base now and it's great to see people in the crowd singing along:

“I think it’s been different in a few ways, we got to go to Europe for the first time and without them (One Direction), we would have never gotten to meet some of the fans, so that was incredible. There’s a few more people singing along to our songs, which is nice. That’s just a beautiful thing.”

Irwin then joked that there has been less nudity on this current tour, which is a shame: "No, naked Harry Styles, which is a bit disappointing. It’s a decrease of nudity on the tour this year.”

Earlier today (July 22), meanwhile, the 5SOS boys sat down for a live fan Q&A with SiriusXM Hits 1 and confirmed that there will be a music video for their track, 'Amnesia':
