5 Seconds of Summer's Ashton Irwin still 'can't believe' they get to play on US TV shows

5 Seconds of Summer drummer Ashton Irwin has admitted that he still "can't believe" the band gets to play national TV shows.

The group are due to perform live on Good Morning America today (September 30) and the Australian said in a Keek video that he is taken aback by playing show huge gigs.

Irwin said: "This morning we're playing Good Morning America. One and/or two songs, and I'm pretty stoked.

"I can't believe we actually get an opportunity like that - and it's all thanks to you dudes. I can't thank you enough. I'm a little delirious because I haven't been to sleep at all, but it's gonna be awesome."

5 Seconds of Summer meanwhile will also appear on Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show on October 2.

The pop-punks are currently on tour in North America supporting One Direction on their Where We Are stadium run.

Their last date on the lengthy run will take place in Miami on October 5.
