5 Seconds of Summer have revealed where they would take a Valentine's Day date.

The big day (February 14) is soon approaching and Dolly magazine asked the lads about their dream date location.

Ashton Irwin said: "I like the beach at night-time. That’s one of my favourite places ever."

Michael Clifford added: "I’d pick something like going to see Spider-Man at the movies."

Speaking in the same interview, Clifford added that he would be happy to go out with a fan.

He said: "For sure, I’d definitely date a fan; it would be like dating someone who likes your music and that would be awesome."

5 Seconds of Summer meanwhile are due to embark on a headline world tour next year.

The Rock Out With Your Socks Out jaunt will head to regions such as Europe and North America.
