5SOS tease new album: 'It's a chance to spread a bigger message than just music'

'She Looks So Perfect' hitmakers 5 Seconds Of Summer have revealed that their forthcoming new studio album has presented "a really cool opportunity for us to spread a bigger message than just music".

The band are currently hard at work on their next offering and recently teased that they have recruited the London Symphony Orchestra to lay down some parts on the record

During a new interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, the heartthrobs explained that their next album will deal with real issues that they've all experienced because they want to use their voice and platform to reach people.

Drummer Ashton Irwin, who told the publication that he has "dealt with anxiety and depression in my life", admitted: "With our next album we want to sort of have more messages for life involved in what we do because we have a voice for young people."
