5 Seconds of Summer's forthcoming new album has shot to the top of iTunes charts worldwide on pre-orders alone.

The group confirmed this week that they will release 'Sounds Good Feels Good' on October 23.

The record has now gone up to pre-order and fans have been buying it in their droves.

The album is currently No.1 on iTunes charts in countries such as the UK and the US.

It is also top of the pile in their native Australia, as well as the likes of Brazil and Spain.

Fans who pre-order the record can now download the new song 'Fly Away'.
