5 Seconds of Summer quiet on Rolling Stone lawsuit speculation

5 Seconds of Summer have refused to deny speculation that they are going to sue Rolling Stone.

The Australian band appeared on the cover of the magazine recently, but its accompanying article caused controversy.

Some fans were left a little disappointed when band members openly spoke about their sex lives on the road.

Guitarist Michael Clifford also later denied making negative comments in the article about Justin Bieber.

He added: "I hate when people include everything in an article EXCEPT the reason we're a band; the fans."

Recent internet speculation has suggested that 5 Seconds of Summer will sue Rolling Stone over apparent false quotes.

When contacted by Pressparty for clarification, a rep for the band refused to comment on the matter.

The group meanwhile are currently enjoying some time off before embarking on their 2016 Sounds Live Feels Live tour.
