5 Seconds of Summer are one of the finalists in Pressparty's Ultimate Fandom of 2016 poll.

The group's 5SOS Fam are nominated for the prize.

They are joined by Adam Lambert's Glamberts, Sam Smith's Little Sailors, Ed Sheeran's Sheerio's and One Direction's Directioners in the poll.

Fans have until 6pm UK time on Wednesday (May 4) to place their vote.
