5 Seconds of Summer can't wait for their fans to listen to their new single.

The group are releasing the tune 'Girls Talk Boys' on July 15.

The surprise release forms part of the soundtrack to the upcoming Ghostbusters film.

It seems excitement is high in the band's camp, with bassist Calum Hood tweeting:

"Excited for you guys to hear girls talk boys."

Luke Hemmings added: "I love this song, so stoked to be on the soundtrack for ghostbusters!

"Hope you guys love it :-)."
