Aussie rockers 5 Seconds Of Summer hit the 9 million followers mark on Twitter today and they made a video for their fans to celebrate the achievement. 

Michael Clifford, who plays guitar in the band, said:

"Hello! We've reached 9 million followers on Twitter... it's awesome that you guys want to follow us. To celebrate, we got hacked today, but that's okay. I remember when I had to force Calum and Luke to make a Twitter."

The lads, meanwhile, are currently on their Sounds Live Feels Live tour, which began back in February and won't wrap up until early October, and today (June 7) drummer Ashton Irwin told his Twitter followers that he's looking forward to going home soon for a little break: "Excited to touch down in Australia, feels like forever!!! Xx."
