Aussie rockers 5 Seconds Of Summer are currently on their Sounds Live Feels Live tour, which won't finish until October, and they have revealed what a typical day on the road is like for them. 

The band are about to finish the European leg of their SLFL tour and they recently told Pandora that they have to make a real effort to be healthy because extensive gigging can be incredibly draining:

"What a typical day is on tour... we're pretty healthy. I made a juice... we do soundchecks, we do soundcheck parties, we meet a lot of fans and then we play the show. That's a typical day for us - lots of meeting, lots of greeting."

They went onto add that they do tend to let loose once they get off stage because it's great to be able to celebrate performing live all over the world: "After shows we usually celebrate because it's a great thing. Our show is a party so we have to be really healthy because we're partying every day on tour and it does get a little draining."

Earlier this week, the lads shared a series of photographs of themselves working out backstage and confessed that they incorporate fitness into their pre-show routine as it helps with their energy levels and stamina.
