Tamron will also take the show on the road for the first time since the pandemic began, sharing the charm of Baltimore, Maryland, with viewers across the country. Tuesday, May 18: “Road Trippin’ with Tamron” – From the harbor to the ballpark, Spring Refresh Week takes to the road as Tamron visits Baltimore for a refreshing look at the sights, food and people of “Charm City.” Highlights include three creators whose love for Baltimore is putting the city on the map; an interview with Orioles’ star pitcher, John Means, plus Tamron throws out the first pitch; a retired teacher who turned his unbridled love of horses into a mission to saddle up city kids for success; how the community rallied to support restaurants during the pandemic; and more.

Wednesday, May 19: An exclusive and empowering conversation with Emmy®-winning actor Billy Porter as his groundbreaking show “Pose” comes to an end, plus our Spring Refresh Week continues.

Thursday, May 20: Today’s Spring Refresh Week show focuses on ways to clear the clutter from your mind and hit the restart button on your life.
