Nick Tsang gets ‘Busted’ on tour

ACM alumnus Nick Tsang, who spent four years studying Guitar at Diploma, CertHE and Degree levels has been touring with noughties boy-band Busted.

Having already performed alongside the likes of The Saturdays, G: Audio and The Backstreet Boys as well as having co-written Jess Glynne’s hit album ‘I Laugh When I Cry', it comes as no surprise that Nick has found himself in the spotlight once again.

Nick was first introduced to the Busted gang at The Academy of Contemporary Music when he got to tour with Busted band-member Matt Willis for his solo project. That opportunity arose via the Academy’s Industry Link department, who set up a live audition for the young guitarist - and the rest is history!

My very first professional tour, which I got through ACM, was Matt Willis when he went solo. Since then, I’ve also had Skype chats with James Bourne [another Busted band member] about his solo project, Future Boy and joined Charlie Simpson [yet another Busted band member] in his solo band. From my relationship with all three of the band members, I was asked to join them on tour when they reunited as Busted. As well as it being a huge honour to tour with one of the most successful bands to come from UK, it is amazing to share the stage and travel with such wonderful people.” Nick Tsang, Guitarist & ACM Alumnus

ACM is very proud of Nick and his dedication to his career.
