AWAL, the global artist services company has further expanded its artist and label development management team with the promotion of Jenn Hovick to the position of Vice President of Artist and Label Development

Based in Los Angeles Jenn will report directly to Chris Hardy SVP Artist Development, North America & Head of Canada in her new role.

Jenn joined AWAL in 2018 to lead the company’s developing B2B business. Prior to that she spent a decade in the independent label and artist sector including a six year tenure at online retailer Zappos, where she helped the former start-up grow from 50 employees to 1500. She has also held senior roles at Universal Music Group Distribution/Fontana, INgrooves and Dine Alone Music.
