Ariana Grande opens up about her faith and past-life beliefs

'Problem' hitmaker Ariana Grande recently sat down for a new interview with Billboard magazine and revealed that she now practices Kabbalah.

She opened up about her personal beliefs and faith, explaining that she was raised catholic but "departed from that and started practicing my own things when I was around 12 years old".

Grande confessed that she began practicing Kabbalah because she felt an affinity with it: "As a fellow Kabbalist, I know how hard it is to exercise those tools in your everyday life. Especially in a world where everything is so egocentric and all you do is talk about yourself and promote yourself."

When asked why she likes soul music so much at such a young age, the beauty admitted that she wonders if she has remnants of a past life inside her as she has always felt older than her years:

"I honestly think it could be a past-life thing. You know those things where you love something but you don't know why, or you're scared of something but you don't know why? I feel like all of those things are from another life."
