Ariana Grande reveals what keeps her from 'exploding'

'Problem' songstress Ariana Grande has revealed that to keep herself from exploding she likes to spend alone time on the beach late at night when there aren't other people around.

She confessed that fame can be very stressful and there's one thing that keeps her calm and grounded: "I love going to the beach really late at night. That is how I make sure I don't explode."

Grande went onto talk about her role as Cat Valentine in Nickelodeon's 'Victorious', which she described as being a perfect opportunity: "It was a blessing and one of my childhood dreams come true."

Despite having praise for that particular show, she then added that the spin off series that came as a result of the success of 'Victorious', namely 'Sam & Cat', was a different story altogether and she wasn't happy being involved with it:

"For a long time I was attached to a character that was nothing like myself. It was a little frustrating."

Grande, meanwhile, recently opened up about believing in past lives and explained that she thinks that could account for the parts of our personalities that feel older: "You know those things where you love something but you don't know why, or you're scared of something but you don't know why? I feel like all of those things are from another life."
