Ariana Grande looks set to avoid police action for her recent behaviour in a doughnut shop.

The singer was caught on camera recently seemingly licking and spitting on products at Wolfee Donuts in California, whilst also saying "I hate America".

The US star previously took to Twitter to state that she was making a stand against obesity culture in the States before issuing a fuller video apology.

Police confirmed that they were looking into CCTV footage of the incident.

However, TMZ report that the shop is unlikely to press charges and as a result, Grande should be let off.
