Food style / inspiration: I love to cook food from all over the world and I often dishes I've grown up eating and refining them or adding a bit of a risky twist. I’m a feeder and love cooking huge sharing-style feasts for friends and family.

Why Masterchef? I’m a die-hard MasterChef fan! I’ve watched MasterChef since the Lloyd Grossman days. It’s the highlight of my week when it’s on TV. For some reason I'd always put off applying, but after a couple of years of family and friends nagging, I finally took the plunge.
