It was a triumphant night for the BBC with 17 wins out of 30 categories at the 2023 awards ceremony.

Hit comedy Am I Being Unreasonable? led the way picking up three awards, while entertainment show The Traitors and drama series Sherwood both received two each.

Charlotte Moore, BBC’s Chief Content Officer says: “To be recognised by the RTS in so many categories is a credit to all of the outstanding actors and programme makers I have the privilege to work with, congratulations to the winners for their exceptional work. It’s been a triumphant night for the BBC and shows that it is still punching way above its weight and setting the creative bar high.”

In addition to the competitive categories Charlotte Moore was presented with the prestigious Judges’ Award, the RTS said: “In the BBC’s centenary year, its Chief Content Officer Charlotte Moore led our national broadcaster through one of the most momentous years in its history... and who has done so with an exceptional combination of steadfast level-headedness, confidence and creative flair.”
