Romesh Ranganathan’s topical comedy show, The Ranganation, returns to BBC Two for a second series. However, as the current climate dictates, Romesh will be broadcasting from his new studio at home - his garage.
The Ranganation (Romesh's hand-picked focus group) and two special guests - all of them in lockdown - will be beamed into Romesh’s makeshift studio to mull over the lighter end of the news spectrum from the comfort of their own homes.

Representing a wide cross section of modern Britain, The Ranganation, including Romesh's mum, 'Privileged', 'Small Town Girl’, ‘Never Voted’ and ‘Wheeler Dealer’, will share real and entertaining insights from their life in lockdown. Past discussions with The Ranganation have covered such disparate areas as smartphone addiction, whether alien life exists, artificial intelligence and the divisive subject of whether or not you should wash your legs in the shower.

Special guests scheduled to appear on the series include Danny Dyer, Aisling Bea, Freddie Flintoff, Mel Giedroyc, and Jon Richardson.

With a cast of loveable characters chewing over the lighter elements of the week's news, The Ranganation aims to offer some funny, optimistic entertainment during these uncertain times.
