In her brand new BBC Radio 5 Live podcast, Stacey Dooley is on a mission to meet real people who are starting new chapters in life.

Launching exclusively on BBC Sounds from 4 May, Stacey Dooley: Fresh Starts is all about fresh beginnings, overcoming challenges and inspiring people.

Stacey will speak to people who have been forced into difficult new circumstances, and others who have made an active decision to start over.

From learning to read late in life, to an ex-beautician who swapped salons for the shellfish business, Stacey will hear about the highs and lows of dealing with change, with some guests taking exciting steps on their new path.

At a time when so many people across the UK are being forced to adapt, Stacey Dooley: Fresh Starts is a warm, offbeat and life-affirming podcast that explores both the value and challenges of change.
