How did it feel when you found out you were a finalist in Project Icon?

I felt so happy, I worked hard to be there, I came to win, and it was a step closer to winning. On every challenge I pushed myself to show the judges who Nnena King was. I came outside my comfort zone and rose to every challenge. I showed my versatility, listened and implemented their feedback. I am the only contestant who wasn't in the bottom two throughout the competition, so I definitely deserved to be there.

You go on quite a journey throughout the series. What was in your opinion, the most valuable feedback that you received?

It’s very important to know your brand, and as an artist it's important to know who your target audience are. Mainly focus on your own journey as an artist.

What was your most memorable moment?

I absolutely loved working with music producer, Tre, he is incredible. Performing at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge was amazing too, I was in my element. I had fun shooting the music video with Mia and Barry. The 02 arena was also surreal, and a full circle moment as I sang there at 13 years old. It's hard to pick one moment!

What did you find the most challenging aspect of the competition?

Definitely the TikTok challenge. I was dreading that challenge!
