Once again, BMI is exceptionally proud of its numerous affiliates who have been singled out for recognition as nominees for this year’s 20th annual Latin GRAMMY Awards.

Many BMI songwriters from the Latin community received multiple nods for Latin GRAMMY gold for their work from the past year, including Juan Luis Guerra, who is up for both Record Of The Year, which is a category largely dominated by BMI songwriters, and Song Of The Year for “Kitipun.”

J Balvin made a huge impression in the stakes for Best Urban Song—he’s been nominated in that category for both “Caliente” and “Con Altura.” Balvin’s collaborator on “Con Altura,” Rosalía (SGAE), is also nominated for that award, along with Record Of The Year for “Aute Couture” and Best Pop Song for “Pienso En Tu Mirá.”

Also poised to collect three awards is Camila Cabello, whose “Mi Persona Favorita” is nominated for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year and Best Pop Song. Juanes, meanwhile, has earned nods for Record Of The Year for “La Plata” and Song Of The Year for “Querer Mejor.”

Winners will be revealed by The Latin Recording Academy on November 14, and broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Univision from 8 – 11pm ET/PT.
