BTS remain an unrivaled group in the US and global charts

BTS are continuing to make history in both the US and global charts.

Their single "ON" surpassed an incredible 100 million streams on Spotify over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

The combined streams of both the original track and the one which features Sia from their latest album, Map of the Soul: 7, had already amounted to 103,971,667 at the time of writing this article, but it is constantly altering and rising fast.

The original track had also already reached over 60 million streams and the version featuring Sia had over 43 million streams at the time of writing, but again this is constantly altering and rising fast.

"ON" was released in February of this year as part of BTS' 20-song tracklist on their chart-topping album, Map of the Soul: 7. The single debuted atop the Billboard Digital Songs Sales chart and became the song with the best debut performance since Taylor Swift’s "Me!"

BTS also made chart history by being named the group with the best selling pure album of 2020 so far in the US with Map of the Soul: 7. The album debuted at the top spot of Billboard 200 on March 7 making it their fourth album to do so. Since then, it has been staying steady at the chart and is still charting, proving their power as global artists.

Last week the boys once again set a new record remaining within the Top 25 spots at the Billboard 200 for six consecutive weeks.

The South Korean septet are also among the Top 10 most streamed groups in YouTube history [all official videos; with features], coming in at #2 just behind Maroon 5. The commerical juggernauts were also named the most streamed group on global Spotify [dated April 9 with 13.1m].
