Bastille aiming to release new album in 2015

Bastille are looking to release their next album in 2015.

The band unleashed their debut effort 'Bad Blood' in 2013 and it became a smash hit.

Speaking to Digital Spy, the Brits confirmed that they are still working on the record's follow-up.

When asked if their next album will hit the shelves this year or in 2015, Dan Smith said:

"Sometime next year. We've got something else coming this year but the album…we're just really busy working on stuff, we'll see what happens. We've got a bit of time in September booked out in the studio to try and finish stuff. We're super keen to have stuff out as soon as possible because we're just excited about the new stuff, but we have absolutely no idea."

Will Farquarson added: "I think we're quite charmingly naive about how quickly we can get stuff out."

Chris Wood chimed in: "We're like, 'Yeah, we'll just record it in September, put it out in October', but there's more that has to happen than that...a bit more planning."
