LOS ANGELES (January 24, 2020) - The music industry’s top leaders and artists gathered at Neuehouse in West Hollywood last night for the Annual Billboard Power Event, an occasion that honors the music industry’s most influential figures for their executive excellence.

Notables who attended the event were K CAMP, Dinah Jane, Kash Doll, Jade Novah & Devin Johnson, Ron Perry, Bangladesh, Queen Naija, Gallant, Barton Fitzpatrick, RoccStar, Brooklyn Johnny, BIA and Bishop Briggs.

At the event, Hannah Karp, Billboard editorial director, was joined on the stage by MRC Media managing director Deanna Brown who welcomed guests and presented two new awards - Jay Frank Award to Universal Music Group’s VP of Data & Analytics, Mitchell Shymansky, and the Breakthrough Award to Columbia Records CEO/Chairman Ron Perry.

Music mogul Clive Davis took the stage to present the Visionary Award to Atlantic Records CEO Craig Kallman and Atlantic Records COO Julie Greenwald. Brown and Karp returned to presented Executive of the Year to Universal Music Group Chairman/CEO Jody Gerson and Executive of the Decade to Universal Music Group CEO/Chairman Sir Lucian Grainge.
