Billie Eilish Shares Video for New Single “Your Power”

Billie Eilish has released the next single, "Your Power," from her highly anticipated sophomore album, Happier Than Ever.

Eilish shared the song and self-directed music video on Instagram today on April 29 (see below). The striking ethereal visuals are set in California’s Simi Valley and feature an anaconda.

About the single, Eilish wrote: "“Your Power” song and video out now. this is one of my favorite songs i’ve ever written. i feel very vulnerable putting this one out because i hold it so close to my heart. this is about many different situations that we’ve all either witnessed or experienced. i hope this can inspire change. try not to abuse your power."

Days earlier on Tuesday (April 27), the acclaimed singer-songwriter also announced that her eagerly awaited upcoming album is set to be released on July 30.

Eilish's previously released singles, "Therefore I Am" and "My Future," which peaked at No. 2 and No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, will also be on her new 16-song project. "Your Power" is the 12th track in the listing.

Eilish has fast become one of the biggest stars to emerge since the release of her debut single "ocean eyes," and continues to shatter the ceiling of music with her genre-defying sound.

The megastar made history as the youngest artist to receive nominations and win in all the major categories, at the 62nd Grammy Awards last year, receiving an award for Best New Artist, Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Vocal Album. Most recently, she was nominated for four additional awards at the 2021 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, taking home both Record of the Year for "everything i wanted," and Best Song Written For Visual Media for "No Time To Die."
