Björk confirmed as a Bestival headliner

Quirky Icelandic songstress Björk has been confirmed as the final headliner for Bestival. 

The 'It's Oh So Quiet' singer will perform with a full orchestra and choir on the Sunday night to close the event, and curator Rob Da Bank said of the announcement:

"I honestly can't believe Björk is coming to Bestival."

"Without a doubt one of the most iconic musicians of the last century, Björk is always one step ahead of the pack with her music and innovations, and the new Biophilia show is jam-packed full of technology, great interpretations of her amazing catalogue of songs and some brand new corkers."

Bestival is set to take place between September 8-11 on the Isle of Wight and other headlining acts include The Cure and Pendulum. Check out her brand new single, 'Crystalline', here:
