November 27, 2020… After jumping from high school basketball phenom to buzzing L.A. hip-hop disruptor in the span of a year, 17-year-old rapper and high school senior GirlzLuhDev drops his new single “Daddy D (feat KINGMOSTWANTED)” today. Listen HERE. The single features the fellow Inland Empire rapper KINGMOSTWANTED.

Over a skittering and saucy gunshot-laden beat from producer MCM Raymond, the slick spitter turns up with one head-turning and hypnotic bar after another punctuated by lines like, “I’m so sick of your love like Coronavirus.” Immediately, his elastic wordplay and punchy flows take center stage with viral potential. The single continues to buzz on TikTok including a whimsical post from Travis Barker’s daughter Alabama.

GirlzLuhDev shook the internet with his breakout “Tooka (feat. DACHINC)”. The track popped off on the web helping Dev land over 10 million streams and counting. In addition to inspiring thousands of TikTok creates, he has built up a fervent following on social media with his playful yet infectious sound.

An unbelievable story brought GirlzLuhDev to the cusp of hip-hop stardom. He tragically lost his father to gun violence before he was born, but eventually found solace in football and basketball. Fascinated by Vine and Musical.ly, he embraced rap, citing Future, Drake, Chris Brown, and Lil Uzi Vert as favorites. Diving headfirst into music in 2019, he took trash talk-style cleverness from the court to the studio and exploded with “Tooka (feat. DACHINC).” He's engaged his own form of lyrical shock and awe about to infect the game now.
