Songstress Carly Rae Jepsen will be at HMV in London's Oxford Street later this month to both sign copies of her new album 'Emotion' and to perform live. 

She will make an appearance at the music store on September 18 and will be both performing a live acoustic set and signing copies of her new record. Pairs of online tickets are available using this link and they are limited to one pair per person, subject to availability, while stocks last. 

Doors will open at 11.30am and the event is due to begin an hour later, at 12.30pm. HMV explains that customers who obtain a ticket will be able to purchase a a copy of Carly Rae Jepsen's album 'E-MO-TION' from the store on the day of the event.

Last month, the beauty told the Rolling Stone magazine that she's challenging the stereotype of the typical pop star: "It is changing the idea of what a pop star is and acts like and looks like. For the last record, I had moved fresh from Canada to L.A., and was like, 'Okay, what do you want me to do? I'll do anything; thank you; whatever you want.' But now, I can show up to photo shoots and be like, 'I'm so happy to be here, but I don't want to wear the fluffy pink dress.'"
